'Beauty is being kind': Jessica Alba sizzles in cover shoot as she reveals the important message she teaches her daughters
While Jessica Alba’s children have clearly inherited her stunning looks, she wants to teach them the true meaning of beauty.
The actress chatted to Natural Health magazine about the positive messages she hopes to pass down to Honor, six, and Haven, three.
Jessica said: ‘Growing up, whenever I was bullied, my mom would say, “You’re a beautiful girl. They’re just jealous.”

‘It never helped. I want my girls to know that beauty is being kind... beauty is helping people… beauty is humility.’
No doubt Jessica’s strong work ethic will also rub off on her two children with husband of six years Cash Warren.
As well as consistently landing movie roles, the 33-year-old is the founder of The Honest Company.

‘Acting is a priority, but when you’re building a company like this, you can’t just check out,’ Jessica said of balancing life as an A-list film star and entrepreneur. ‘This is life-changing stuff. This is legacy.’
Despite such a busy schedule, the Sin City star still finds time for exercise and spoke about her love of indoor cycling classes to help her stay trim.
Jessica, who also practises yoga, can often be found working up a sweat at SoulCycle or Flywheel.

Jessica graces the cover of the magazine’s January/February 2015 issue, and looks stunning in a plunging Seventies style cornflower blue jumpsuit.
Meanwhile, an inside shot shows the actress in a delicate but modern off-the-shoulder white dress.
