A little overdressed? Kat Graham turns the grocery store into her catwalk in an elegant flapper-style ensemble

It might be the grocery store, but Kat Graham turned the 7/11 into her own personal catwalk on Friday.

The actress, who recently ended her engagement to Cottrell Guidry, looked rather overdressed to be strolling amongst the aisles as she visited the grocery store in Los Angeles.

Kat was clad in a chic A-line vintage- style dress featuring a plunging white top and flowing textured black skirt.

The intricate flapper-style piece was also decorated with furry black shoulders.

The full-faced star accessorised her look with a pair of cap-toe metallic slingback pumps, a black veil hat and petite drawstring clutch.

Of course, the store wasn't her only destination, with the 25-year-old Vampire Diaries star making a pit stop following a dinner date with a friend, with whom she later headed to a party.

The Swiss-born LA-raised star's outing follows news that she has split from her actor fiancé Cottrell.

A source told E! News: 'It happened a while ago. There wasn't any drama and they are still friends.'

The couple had been dating since 2008, and Guidry, 27, would publicly call Kat, 'Wifey.'

Last January, the 17 Again star even hinted that her long-awaited nuptials would be happening 'pretty soon.'

'Next time you see me, I might be a married woman. Any day now,' Kat told the website at a Grammy Awards after-party.

Kat is an established singer and actress, while Cottrell is a model whose last acting gig was a webseries over a year ago.

The actress currently plays the ghostly Bonnie Bennett on the sixth season of The Vampire Diaries, which airs Thursdays on The CW.

Kat is also rumoured to be in the running to play the younger version of Storm AKA Ororo Munroe (previously played by Halle Berry) in X-Men: Apocalypse.
