It's one of the biggest events of the fashion world but there was one attendee who managed to sway attention her way.
Gigi Hadid captivated the moment she arrived to the CFDA Fashion Awards at Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall on Monday in New York City.
The 20-year-old model was shining in a silvery, shimmery, bronze-embellished jumpsuit that outlined her willowy runway figure superbly.

Gigi wore her golden-streaked tresses styled in cascading waves and she held a bronze handbag that gave the ensemble extra zeal.
The blonde's make-up consisted of rose lip gloss and rose and silver eye shadows that complimented her fair complexion.
And peeking from the flared hems were strappy bronze heels.

At point, Gigi stopped to pose with actor Zachary Quinto on the red carpet with the Star Trek star looking dapper in a black tuxedo.
Gigi's glamourous appearance came two days after her guest turn alongside fellow model Martha Hunt at BFF Taylor Swift's concert in Detroit, Michigan on Saturday.
Hadid was decked out in a black lace top and tight black jeans as she strut on stage while 25-year-old Taylor performed her smash hit, Style.

Gigi appeared to be in great spirits and not at all affected by her recent break-up from Australian singer Cody Simpson.
She and Cody confirmed that they had split for a second time earlier this month in a statement to E! News, once again blaming their busy schedules for the end of the romance.
The statement also insisted the two bear no 'hard feelings' and are committed to remaining friends.
'Cody and Gigi want each other to be in a place right now that allows him to only focus on his music, fans, and new message, while she can focus and continue building her career,' the rep said.
'They love each other dearly and have split up in hopes that growing on their own paths will bring them together in the future,' the statement added.
