Fleur East displays her cleavage and rock hard abs in bra top ahead of X Factor final

She cites coconut water, bum exercises and an HOUR a day on the treadmill for keeping her in shape and it definitely appears to be working for Fleur East.
The 26-year-old X Factor finalist looks sensational in a new promotional picture for the show, displaying her rock hard abs in a bra top and underwear.
Fleur displays her toned legs in the revealing outfit, which plunges low to give fans more than a glimpse of cleavage.

She completes the look with boots and an open sweatshirt.
It's a confident display from the bookies' favourite, who has won viewers and the judges over with her breathtaking performances on the show.
Fleur recently revealed to MailOnline's Femail just how she keeps in shape.
'I'm such a gym freak,' she said. 'I'm usually in the gym five days a week. I do body conditioning, spinning and yoga,' she explained. 'On the treadmill I’ll do intervals of running flat and then on incline. I'll do that for an hour. I find the running is amazing for my abs.'
So much at stake: Andrea Faustini is the third competitor in what is tipped to be a close finalĀ
Competition: Ben Haenow is out to win this weekend and will be hoping to improve on last week's performance
And what about that very toned derriere?
'I do loads of squats with weights,' she said. 'It's great for your bum and legs.'
'I also love coconut water,' Fleur added. 'I have it all through the day – it's so hydrating and even better than water.'
While Fleur may be in the shape of her life and winning fans over with her performances, she will have some competition at the weekend.

Both Andrea Faustini and Ben Haenow are gunning for the top prize, in what is set to be a nail biting finale.
And all three have already recorded their winner's singles, with Fleur and Ben opting for One Republic's Something I Need and Andrea choosing Whitney Houston's I Don't Know My Own Strength.
A source told the Daily Mirror: 'Whoever wins the song choices are very strong. They are set to be sure fire hits.'
And Fleur looked every inch the pop star as she was put through her paces during rehearsals for the main event.
Rocking Wembley like a fully-fledged diva, the beauty strutted her way through several routines while leading a band of backing dancers.

Fleur looked in her element as she made the London arena's huge stage her own, taking time out to speak to her team as she tried to remember her steps.
Keeping things low-key for rehearsals, the singer wore a black zip-up jacket and leggings which showed off her toned physique to perfection.
Ensuring she has a shot of being up there with the biggest female performers in the world, Fleur kept her heels on throughout her practise run.
She later met up with fellow finalists Ben - who is also mentored by Simon Cowell - and Andrea, who is Mel B's remaining charge.

The final three practised their entrance onto the stage for Saturday's big show, and were joined by host Dermot O'Leary as he also rehearsed his lines.
Fleur shot to the top of bookies' list to win the 2014 run of the ITV juggernaut after her stand-out performance on last Saturday's episode.
She wowed the crowd with her stunning cover of Mark Ronson's Uptown Funk, which was such a hit with viewers at home, it shot into the top 10 on the iTunes chart.
However, the success of her rendition failed to please Ronson himself - as he is yet to release the track himself.

He has now brought its release forward from January to this week, and Fleur apologised for scuppering the hitmaker's comeback plans.
She told Newsbeat: 'Yeah I'm really sorry, but all I can say is it's props to all their creative hard work because it's an amazing song.
'I don't know what they were thinking in their minds. I don't think anyone expected my performance to be as popular as it was. We didn't expect it to go to number one on iTunes. That's crazy like.'
