Showing off the results of her strenuous workout sessions Kate looks amazing as she graces the cover of the July issue for Women's Health.
In a pair of black knickers and a cropped black and white top the 38-year-old is the picture of perfection as she smiles while her brunette locks fall at her shoulders.

Despite her toned display on the cover of the magazine, Kate admitted that she was never much of a gym person when she was younger.
She also told Women's Health that wasn't ever the first pick when it came to gym class, she said: 'I wasn’t particularly athletic. No one ever thought, "I must have Kate on my team."'
Continuing she explained, 'To me, you only went to the gym if you were really weird and obsessive. No one I knew in London at the time ever did it.'
Now known for her on screen appearances in various action packed films, the English actress spoke about her fight scene in Total Recall with Justin Timberlake's soon-to-be-wife Jessica Biel.

Beckinsale quipped that the fight in the movie wasn't made for fans to droll over and told how it's an actual fight between the the starlets.
She said: 'It’s not like a naked, porno, mud-wrestling-in-a-bar sort of fight – it’s a real fight'.
The Van Helsing actress said that she found the experience of fighting Biel differed in comparison to fights she's filmed in the past: 'I did find that fighting a woman was very different from when I’ve fought men.
'There was a lot of "I didn’t hurt you, did I? Ooh, I’m sorry about that! No, it was my fault!"', she added.
The mother-of-one who is married to director Len Wiseman told Women's Health that she is enjoying everything that life has to offer her.
She explained: 'It all just unfolds and I think, well, that’s who I am now.'
