Rihanna closes Hackney Weekend in cheeky hotpants and fishnet stockings

Rude girl! Rihanna closes Hackney Weekend in some very cheeky hotpants and fishnet stockings

Rihanna closed the Hackney Weekend festival on Sunday night with a performance that included a string of her hits and a surprise (albeit widely expected) guest appearance by her mentor Jay-Z.
The 24-year-old took to the stage as the sun was setting over East London's Hackney Marshes to the tune of her 2010 hit Only Girl In The World.
She wore a leather jacket embellished with gold, which was quickly stripped off after the opening number, and tiny black hotpants over cut-off fishnet stockings.

A T-shirt emblazoned with a tiger, black and gold sunglasses and bright red lipstick completed her look.
Rihanna followed her first track  with Disturbia and S&M, which saw her jump off the stage and greet the audience.

After her third song, Rihanna informed the crowd that her mic pack was slipping, and enlisted the help of a thrilled fan in the front row to re-attach it to her bra strap.

Next up were Birthday Cake, What's My Name, and Rude Boy.
'Hackney, you're crazier than they told me!' she shouted to the crowd as they got rowdier.
The Barbadian songstress slowed things down with a ballad version of her duet with Eminem, Love The Way You Lie, which she requested the crowd sing 'every word' along with her.
Help me out: Three songs in, the 24-year-old informed the audience that her mic pack was slipping down, and asked a thrilled fan in the front row to help place it back on her bra strap

The hits continued to roll, with Man Down, Where Have You Been, Wait Your Turn,  Hard, and Don't Stop The Music.
Finally, the opening bars of Run This Town sounded, confirming what many were expecting: Jay-Z arrived onstage for a guest appearance.
After Rihanna made a cameo onstage the night before to help open the rapper's set, it was all but a given that he would re-pay the favour.

Fireworks were set off behind the stage as Rihanna once again ran down to the audience, who went crazy for the dance track.
A host of stars who had performed earlier at the event were spotted enjoying the show from backstage.
Florence Welch and Tinie Tempah were both spied dancing along from the side of the stage.

Beyoncé was also hiding in the wings, following her appearance in the mosh pit during her husband's set the previous night.
Following her performance, Rihanna headed to the Birdcage pub in Bethnal Green - a few miles west of Hackney - but left only a few minutes later after deciding it wasn't for her.
She then moved on to Whisky Mist in Mayfair for a two hour drinking session with her best friend Melissa Forde.
Hours earlier, Rihanna was pictured leaving her central London hotel en route to the free East London festival.

She beamed happily as she was led to her car by her entourage, pausing to sign a few autographs and pose for pictures with fans.
The singer wore a long black slinky dress, with the sheer pleated fabric revealing her underwear beneath.
She teamed the maxi with Converse trainers and gold jewellery including hoop earrings with her nickname RihRih and a necklace with the word 'rich'.
