They are hoping to have a big success together when their version of Total Recall is released later this summer.
But it seems Kate Beckinsale and co-star Jessica Biel decided to engage in a friendly battle of the brunettes at Comic Con in San Diego today.
The dazzling pair looked stunning as they posed before a press event for the film at the popular convention.

English rose Kate, 38, tried to romp to victory by donning a racy pair of skintight leather trousers, which she boots, blouse and a white blazer.
However her sure fire victory was snatched from under her nose by her younger rival after Jessica, 30, set off her white outfit with the ultimate accessory - the expensive engagement ring she was gifted by her fiance Justin Timberlake.
However no doubt her co-star would be happy to concede an honourable draw, especially as the pair were working together to promote the same product.

While the dynamic duo were thrilling the crowd at the main event, their film's leading actor Colin Farrell managed to capture the limelight thanks to a battery of hilarious behind-the-scenes tales.
It was certainly a day that will have had all the geeks in attendance in raptures, as the event was practically bursting at the scenes with beautiful women.

Leading the way was Twilight star Nikki Reed, who delivered a smorgasbord of witticisms at Entertainment Weekly's Powerful Women In Pop Culture event.
Old warhorse Lucy Lawless, 44, also got the pulses racing as she took part, reminding her Xena: Warrior Princess fans just what they were missing.
And the sidesplitting anecdotes were flowing like water whenever Smallville actress Kristin Kreuk addressed the crowd.

It is the fifth installment in the hit survival horror series, and Michelle looked like she was having a great time with her co-star.
Doctor Who star Matt Smith was also spotted attending the event in a Guns 'n' Roses T-shirt, and nerds surely needed to have plenty of Patience if they hoped to land the actor's autograph.
