To perform at at the 2013 Global Citizen Festival in New York's Central Park, Alicia Keys made a grand entrance by arriving in a revealing, cut-out dress.
The concert's mission was to celebrate success and put an end to extreme poverty, but fans certainly got more than philanthropic fulfillment and an earful of beloved tunes, as they perched on the Great Lawn.
Confident for the cause: Alicia Keys revealed her sculpted physique in a cut-out dress to perform at the 2013 Global Citizen Festival in New York's Central Park on Saturday
The 32-year-old's fitted frock featured a halter top and thick black bands that covered her bust, all held together by a circular clasp.
As the upper portion bared her toned midriff and sculpted arms, the remainder of the dress hugged her curves with a high-waisted, pencil shape skirt that cut above the knees.
Giving her seductive ensemble a touch of edge, the Girl On Fire songstress styled her brunette locks into a voluminous faux-hawk.
Adding some edge: The star styled her hair in a faux hawk and accessorised with chunky silver jewels
Strike a pose! The Girl On Fire singer showed off her chiseled arms as she stood with her hands on her hips
And she sported dangling silver earrings and coordinating chunky, gunmetal cuffs on both wrists.
But Alicia clearly engaged the audience with more than her looks, as snaps captured her lively and active performance, displaying her dance moves as she belted it out.
Other stars to take the stage included Stevie Wonder, Kings Of Leon, and John Mayer.
Sparkling! The star displayed her pearly whites as she smiled for the fans
Mayer, 35, and the wife of Swizz Beatz even showed their unison backstage, cosying up for a photo op behind-the-scenes.
The Global Citizen Festival took place in front of 60,000 fans, all coming to support the Global Poverty Project - which encourages world leaders to put an end to world poverty by 2030.
The free-ticketed event was in partnership with Cotton On Foundation, campaigning 'to secure new commitments to health, education, women's equality and global partnerships,' according to the organisation's website.
