Few knew that Gabrielle Union and her Miami Heat basketball player beau Dwyane Wade broke up briefly earlier this year.
Gabrielle and Dwyane were certainly hotter than a volcano as they enjoyed a loved-up day on the beach in sunny Malibu, California on Saturday.
The Bring It On star, 40, was scantily clad in a fuchsia two-piece bathing suit that showed off her fabulously toned body.

Gabrielle showed no qualms putting her shapely physique on further display as she and Dwyane cavorted on the beach like teenagers.
They were seen holding hands and enjoying the view one moment and making out in full view of everyone the next.
Gabrielle put on a little show as she hugged 31-year-old Dwyane even closer during their liplock and grabbed his behind.

As the afternoon wore on, the pair got playful with Gabrielle hopping onto Dwayne's back for an impromptu piggyback ride in the shallows.
Gabrielle squealed with laughter as the cool sea water engulfed them, which made her grip her six-foot-four beau even tighter around the shoulders.
She wore her hair in a no-fuss ponytail so didn't care if it got a little wet - she was having too much fun.
On Thursday's The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, Dwyane revealed that earlier this year he and Gabrielle took a break from their relationship.

'Celebrity relationships are very hard,' Dwayne told Jay. 'For us this was a big year for our relationship from the standpoint she was shooting her show, Being Mary Jane and gone most of the year.
'I was dealing with my injuries [and] trying to win a championship. So we kind of took a step back. We supported each other but we took a step back for a little while.
'At the end of the day, we came back together and said we want to continue this and we want to get better each day.

Fortunately they've been able to work out the wrinkles and keep the romance strong despite their busy careers.
Gabrielle's TV drama is scheduled to debut on BET in January 2014, and she's also currently filming the comedy Finally Famous opposite Rosario Dawson and Chris Rock, who also wrote and is directing the flick.
