Cheryl Fernandez-Versini will reportedly get £2 million to return to The X Factor.
The former Girls Aloud star is said to have been offered £500,000 extra to rejoin to the show for another series after making her comeback in 2014 after a four year hiatus.
'Mel and Louis almost certainly aren't re-signing, but Simon knows Cheryl is a huge draw,' a source told The Sun.

A spokesperson for Cheryl and Syco have declined to comment.
The paper claims Mel B and Louis Walsh are not set to return as judges for the singing competition, which means it could be the first year Louis doesn't sit on the panel since the show began in 2004.
Simon Cowell had suggested that Cheryl would be coming back to the ITV show though nothing was 'set in stone'.
Asked which of last year's judges - who also include Louis Walsh and Mel B - will be returning, Simon said: 'Cheryl and me are fine.'

Caroline - who previously co-hosted The Xtra Factor on ITV2 for two years from 2011 with Olly - added: 'I'm beyond excited about presenting The X Factor with Olly. To have the privilege of doing this with someone who makes me laugh out loud is a massive bonus!'
And she had warm words for Dermot, adding: 'I'm also incredibly lucky to have the best tips and support from my showbiz big brother Dermot. I'm not sure how I can live up to his long term residency but I know I can't let him down!'
The pair are the first ever duo to host the hit singing show in the UK, following in the footsteps of Khloe Kardashian and Mario Lopez on the US version.
