Leading the way: Clean Bandit's Rather Be has been nominated for two awards at the 60th Anniversary Ivor Novello Awards
Both Stay With Me and Rather Be were co-written by James Napier, or Jimmy Napes as he is more commonly known.
FKA Twigs has also been nominated for Best Contemporary Song with Two Weeks as have alt-J for Every Other Freckle, while lesser-known band Bear's Den have been nominated for Best Song Musically and Lyrically for their work on Above The Clouds Of Pompeii.
However, guitarist Andrew Davie doesn't fancy the band's chances of winning the award, as they've got stiff competition from Ben Howard's I Forgot Where We Were and Hozier's Take Me To Church.
Stiff competition: The group will compete in categories for Best Contemporary Song and PRS for Music Most Performed Work, a category that also features Stay With Me by Sam Smith
Nominated: George Ezra (L) has also been nominated in the category PRS for Music Mot Performed Work , while Hozier (R) competes in the category for Best Song Musically and Lyrically with Take Me To Church
Honour: Bear's Den have received a nomination for Above The Clouds Of Pompeii
Speaking to BANG Showbiz at the Ivor Novello nominations, Andrew said: 'It's crazy. I'm just honoured and shocked. I just can't really get my head around it.
'Today was the first time I'd heard who the other nominees were, and to be even put in the same sentence as Ben Howard and Hozier is mental.'
He added: 'No, I don't think we'll win. The other two are just two amazing songs, and I've listened to their albums a lot. They're two of my favourite albums. I'm going to be really starstruck on the night (of the awards).'
Popular choice: FKA twigs' Two Weeks features in the category for Best Contemporary Song
In the Best Album category, Royal Blood's eponymous debut will compete with Wild Beasts' Present Tense and So Long, See You Tomorrow by Bombay Bicycle Club.
Presented by the British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors (BASCA), the Ivors celebrate the best in British and Irish songwriting and composing, and are judged by the UK songwriting and composing community.
The 2015 Ivor Novello Awards will take place in London on 21 May.
