The latest outing comes just 24 hours after Eva, 40, made an equally daring choice when she stepped out in a dramatic silver gown, which featured glittering sheer panels running the length of either side of her body.
As she arrived at the Palais des Festivals for the premiere of Inside Out on Monday, the actress prompted many a double take as she appeared to have gone bare under her plunging dress.
The frock also boasted glittering sheer long sleeves, while a solid block of grey material stretched from her bosom to her ground at the front and from the middle of her back to a train at the rear.
