It was another slip of the nipple for Miley Cyrus, but this appeared to be no accident.
The 22-year-old Bangerz star caused a stir while attending the Adult Swim Upfront Party at Terminal 5 in New York City on Wednesday.
Miley threw caution to the wind - and apparently her top too - as she posed on the carpet wearing just pink pasties and a pair of suspenders.

Miley, who also performed at the bash, added sparkly off-white tights and purple gloves.
She wasn't shy at all as she got up on stage with microphone in hand and belted out a tune.
Earlier, Miley arrived to the airport in New York City in another racy outfit comprised of a black mesh top that clearly showed her right breast through the see-through material, cut-off shorts and ripped fishnet tights.

If the defiant singer wanted attention, she got it for the crowd that met her at the music venue appeared to be more than she could handle.
Miley, however, didn't seem too worried as she strolled her long-legged self to the entrance while buffered by her security team.
The former Hannah Montana star even allowed a couple fans to take a quick selfie before she continued on her merry way.

She wore her platinum and yellow-tinged hair slicked back behind her ears, along with glittery blue and yellow shadow all around her eyes.
This isn't the first time that Miley has dared to reveal too much of herself.
Miley habitually puts her body on display via her Instagram page, and last month exposed her boobs during an impromptu photoshoot with pals Tallulah and Scout Willis.
