Kelly Brook strips off to her bikini to launch her retro Americana collection for New Look

She is regularly voted the celebrity whose body most women admire (and their men tend to agree). With her va-va-voom curves and petite hourglass figure, she is a real life Jessica Rabbit.
And now the Brook is bringing some of that charm to bleak Britain as she launches her latest collection for New Look. It's the star's biggest collection yet - with bikinis, accessories and a range of vintage-inspired clothing for the High Street giant.
As befits her retro pin-up glamour, Kelly's collection takes inspiration from 1950s Americana, channelling her signature style into looks that she intends to flatter and complement curvy figures and 'enhance a voluptuous shape'.

So for girls with hips and boobs, that means playsuits and dresses with cinched waists and figure-skimming fabric that will create the sort of hourglass silhouette of which the star herself is such a proponent.
The colour palette is bold red, navy and crisp white, shot through with accents of yellow and green that recall the American varsity style of the 40s and 50s.
Cropped jumpers and varsity jackets provide the sort of collegiate cool that us Grease-loving teens of the Nineties coveted.
A girly twist is introduced thanks to gingham print, love heart motifs and ditzy florals - and, of course, thanks to the cropped tops, full skirts and bow detailing that run through all of Kelly's collections like a seam.

From the accessories line expect high heels, peep toes and Cuban heel boots, chain handle bags with box frames, metallic flourishes and bow trims.
And lest we forget, there's the swimwear. Kelly's collection is replete with bright colours, bold print - florals, polka dots and stripes - and feminine cuts. Think frills, skirts and plunging balconettes that will have heads turning on the beach.
Kelly of course models the collection herself - something which drew her into a public spat with Katie Price, who made an unkind remark about Kelly's size in the photographs.

The two have since exchanged public words over the matter, with Katie posting unflattering photographs of Kelly on Twitter accompanied by derogatory comments.
Kelly, who recently reunited with rugby star boyfriend Danny Cipriani after separating from boyfriend of two years Thom Evans, has managed to laugh off the exchange, saying that women look better with 'meat' on their bones.
'I don't mind a wobbly arm or a bit of cellulite,' she said.
Kelly's collections will be available at selected New Look stores nationwide and online from today (26 March).
