The Earl and Countess of Wessex were also present for the service.
Beatrice, 24, wore a teal coat and mustard coloured fascinator with teal feather and cream shoes.
Her younger sister, Eugenie, 22, opted for a cream dress and matching fascinator with black coat and black heels.
Milliner Rachel Black created the headpiece worn by Princess Beatrice while milliner Sarah Cant made the fascinator worn by Princess Eugenie.
The Queen looked like she was in good spirits despite recovering from symptoms of gastroenteritis earlier this month.
After the service, which was conducted by the Dean of Windsor, the Right Rev David Conner, she was greeted by well wishers gathered outside the chapel.
