Swimming her way to a slim body: Tamzin Outhwaite makes a splash as she reveals her slender new body after completing six week training regime
She only gave birth several months ago but Tamzin Outhwaite has now displayed her new super slender physique after completing a special six week Speedo Swim Fit training program.
The actress unveiled her brand new body on Wednesday as she posed for a photo shoot showing off her figure in a number of Speedo swimsuits.
Tamzin, 42, who recently gave birth to her second child, was trained for six weeks under the guidance of former Olympic swimmer and Speedo ambassador, Karen Pickering.

She decided to take up the challenge after becoming disillusioned with the 'boring' gym but wanted to tone-up her post baby body and improve her general fitness levels.
Outhwaite said: 'I've always been quite active, but after my second child, I didn't feel comfortable sweating it out in the gym. I love swimming on holiday but never saw it as a way of keeping fit so was keen to find out about swimming for fitness.
'Swimming offers a full-body workout, whilst also giving me a lovely bit of "me time". I'm so happy with the results; I've found something that I love doing and I feel great afterwards.'

During the six weeks she swam twice a week for 45 minutes each time, while the regime also incorporated aerobic fitness drills and techniques using Speedo Power Paddles and Hydro Discs to build-up Tamzin's fitness levels and stamina.
To help create tone and muscle definition, Tamzin also undertook core strength and leg exercises supported with Speedo Kick Boards and Pullbuoys.
And now Tamzin has displayed her slim figure in astonishing before and after pictures.

In one picture the blonde TV star wears a blue swimsuit while holding her hips to emphasise her waist.
And she certainly seemed confident as she smiled widely while happily flaunting her figure and flesh in another red costume.
Karen Pickering commented: 'There is a big misconception that swimming is boring and not that effective.
'When done properly, swimming can be one of the best sports for burning calories (and) building strength.'
