But now the stunning actress has seemingly confirmed they have in fact parted ways.
Rosario, 33, has posed for a sultry new photo shoot for this week's NET-A-PORTER - and in it she finally opens up about the break-up rumours.

She told the publication: 'It's not like we announced our relationship, so it's not like we're going to announce our breakup.'
But Rosario was happy to still speak fondly of the director, who cast her in recently released movie Trance.
She added: 'I met Danny years ago on a project neither of us ended up doing. I don't always remember meetings, they kind of sometimes disappear.
'This one I really remembered. The questions he asked, how he guided it, the way he directed me was just so compelling.'
And the Sin City star also revealed that they had been together for a while before the public cottoned on to it.
She said: 'I love Danny. He's wonderful and we dated longer than people think we did. When the first photograph of us came out, everyone was like, "That's when they started dating".
'It's amazing the things people suppose or make up as fact.
'I respect Danny's privacy, so it's not something we really talk about.'
Several weeks ago rumours emerged that they had parted ways, especially when they were said to have completely ignored each other at a movie junket for Trance.
But the pair showed there were no hard feelings as they happily put their arms around each other for the cameras at the London premiere earlier this month.
Rosario's comments come as she shows off her perfect body and stunning looks for the new photo shoot.

Modelling his season’s romantic pieces by designers including Chloé, Alessandra Rich and Charlotte Olympia, the actress smoulders in a number of white and nude ensembles.
In one picture she shows off her model legs in a high split white lace frock as she seductively leans back against a tree.
And in another picture she again reveals exactly what it is that attracted to Danny to her as she sits on a step and shows off her legs again in a different white frock.
