Size 16 Ashley Graham flaunts curvy figure with other plus size models in empowering lingerie shoot to promote body diversity for Glamour Iceland

She hit back at the controversial Protein World ads and made history by becoming the first ever plus-size model to grace the esteemed pages of Sports Illustrated's swimsuit issue.
There is no doubt that size 16 Nebraskan model Ashley Graham, is making waves in the fashion industry .
Her latest shoot is no exception, as the 28-year-old graces the pages of Glamour Iceland alongside other iconic curvy models in a bid to promote body diversity.

Graham is part of a plus-size model collective, ALDA - which means 'wave' in Iceland - and includes successful international models Marquita Pring, Julie Henderson, Inga Eiriksdottir and Danielle Redman.
The pared-back images see the curvaceous five strip down to their underwear, and for one particularly racy shot, posing completely nude.
They are seen laughing in the laid-back shots, as well as embracing each other, naturally posing.
One shot sees just four of them sporting a selection of denim and white tees.

Other images see Ashley on her own, posing with her trousers unzipped, but in a tasteful manner.
The eight-page spread appears in the second ever issue of Glamour Iceland, which was launched in April 2015.
On the ALDA Woman site, the group explains: 'ALDA is a new collective of models that represents beauty without divisions, boundaries, and - most importantly - beauty that doesn't conform to any body shape or size.'
ALDA is signed to global agency, IMG Models.
In the interview, Icelandic model Eiriksdottir explained: 'We had all worked together for many years before our agency closed a lot of their divisions including plus size, which is the one we were in.

'I contacted the girls I knew and the ones that had been the most successful in the business to see how we could, as a group, have impact on the business.'
She added:'It's exciting to see the positive change in the industry, and we already see a lot more diversity in age, size and race than before in magazines and on the runways.'
Size 16 Graham recently made headlines after she hit back at the 'fat-shaming' beach body advert from supplements company, Protein World.
The curvy brunette posted a copycat ad on Instagram, showcasing her own voluptuous bikini-clad body - an image taken from her Sport's Illustrated shoot.
