Victoria Pendleton joins Rochelle Humes for a star-studded series of The Great Sport Relief Bake Off

Swapping gold medals for golden crusts! Victoria Pendleton joins Rochelle Humes for a star-studded series of The Great Sport Relief Bake Off

Victoria Pendleton is swapping gold medals for golden crusts as she takes part in a special Bake Off series, along with actress Jane Horrocks and impressionist Alistair McGowan.
They are among 16 stars aiming to rise to the challenge, who also include Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner, Desert Island Discs host Kirsty Young and Saturdays singer Rochelle Humes.
The kitchen hopefuls will be seen in four programmes for BBC2’s The Great Sport Relief Bake Off to be screened later this month, with four taking part each night.

Cyclist Pendleton’s fellow Olympian Greg Rutherford is also in the series along with her 2012 Strictly Come Dancing competitor Michael Vaughan under the watchful eyes of judges Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood.
Others taking part are singers Michael Ball and Jamelia, actresses Doon Mackichan and Samantha Bond.
Former Blue Peter presenter Helen Skelton and Bonnie Wright, who has played Ginny Weasley in the Harry Potter films.

Completing the line-up are writer and broadcaster Emma Freud - wife of Comic Relief boss Richard Curtis - and Johnny Vaughan.
The shows featuring signature, technical and showstopper dishes will be screened over four consecutive evenings from Monday, January 13, at the end of which a star baker will be crowned.
Regular presenter Sue Perkins will be without her usual sidekick Mel Giedroyc, but will be joined by guest hosts Omid Djalili, Ed Byrne and Jo Brand.

The series will also follow Olympic gold-winning boxer Nicola Adams as she visits Comic Relief-funded projects in South Africa.
But Skelton admitted she is 'absolutely rubbish at baking'.
She said: 'All my friends and family laugh at anything I do in the kitchen, so I thought this might be a chance to redeem myself. I wished I’d practiced more beforehand.
Trying their hand: Jason Gardiner, Jane Horrocks, Kirsty Young and Greg Rutherford will swap their showbiz and sporting careers for the kitchen

'When they said to me, "You’ve got to make a pizza" I thought they meant just put the toppings on a pizza - I didn’t realise they meant make the dough and everything.'
The fundraising Sport Relief weekend takes place from March 21 to 23 with members of the public invited to run, swim or cycle in the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Games, with events at the former Olympic venue in east London, now renamed Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Those interested can visit sportrelief.com for entry details.
Getting into the swing of things: Jane Horrocks certainly seemed to be getting into the spirit of things as she got to work in the kitchen

Ex-Bond girl Jane Seymour, 62, flaunts her toned bikini body and claims she's in 'better shape than four decades ago'

Touch of the magic airbrush? Ex-Bond girl Jane Seymour, 62, flaunts her toned bikini body and claims she's in 'better shape than four decades ago'

Jane Seymour, 62, could pass for a woman half her age on the new cover of Closer Weekly where she appears wearing nothing but a hot pink bikini.
The British-born actress, who has four children from two of her four marriages. told the magazine: 'God, I’m in better shape now in some ways than I was when I was doing the [1973] Bond film [Live and Let Die].'
She insists that she does not diet and attributes her youthfully toned 5ft 3in 115lb frame to tri-weekly gym sessions, tennis, golf and swimming. When traveling she likes to power walk and do push-ups.

Edit
'I just want to be as healthy as I can be for as long as I can. No diets here,' the Los Angeles-based star said.
'I hate to deny myself things. If I have pasta, I'll just eat half of it.'
On the cosmetic surgery front she previously admitted to getting breast implants following the birth off her twin boys in 1995, a 'minor' eye-lift and Botox injections.
But now she says she prefers to keep things natural.

'I tried [Botox] and hated it. I’d never do it again. For me it doesn’t work because I’m an actor and I need to be able to move every part of my face.
'I think I’m being hired a lot because I haven’t done all the stuff everyone else is doing.'
To slowdown the signs of aging, she shares, 'I always wear a hat when I’m out in the sun. I drink a lot of water, and my skin is at its best when I’ve had sleep.'
Ms Seymour, who became a U.S. citizen eight years ago, first came to public attention in 1973 as Tarot-reading Bond girl Solitaire in Live And Let Die.

On the market: Ms Seymour, pictured in January (left) and September (right) 2012 separated from her fourth husband, James Jeach, last April - the couple have two children together

She made her big screen comeback in 2005 with the hit comedy Wedding Crashers.
In the film she played an older woman, which involved the first topless scene of her career as she seduced young actor Owen Wilson.
But with such a well-preserved figure she had to qualms with putting it on show.
Set to turn 63 next month, she describes being in her sixties as 'pure joy'.
'The best thing . . . is being alive and healthy!'
She adds that she feels most beautiful, 'When I’m holding my grandchildren and with people I love.'
The blonde beauty separated from her director husband of 20 years, James Keach, last April and has since been spotted on dates.

Nicole Scherzinger and Lewis Hamilton holiday together and attend the same New Year's Eve party with Alicia Keys and Swizz Beats

The secret's out: On-off couple Nicole Scherzinger and Lewis Hamilton holiday together and attend the same New Year's Eve party with Alicia Keys and Swizz Beats

They’ve been keeping the world guessing about their relationship status for months, but it looks like Nicole Scherzinger and Lewis Hamiton are back together and on a skiing holiday in Aspen with the racing driver’s family.
Early on Thursday morning the Wet singer posted a picture of herself on a snow mobile holding her hands together in a praying motion as the sun set behind her, and just one hour later her on-off partner Lewis posted a picture of himself in exactly the same place.
The couple began dating in late 2007 after meeting at the MTV awards in Berlin – but their volatile relationship has seen them together and apart several times since then.

Nicole, 35, has been tweeting a lot over the festive period, keeping her fans in the loop with her Christmas plans and engaging in Twitter conversations with them.
The star posted the picture of herself on a snow mobile captioned: ‘What better way to kick off 2014 in God's Country! Praying and snow mobiling! #Everything! #Glorious!’
Lewis, 28, then posted the picture of himself in the same position with the same sunset saying:’ Great way to enter the year....snowmobiling with Gods view. Truly am blessed to have a great family with me. #OneLove’

Fans quickly cottoned on to the couple’s romantic break with one commenting on Nicole’s picture saying: ‘Back with @lewishamilton then!!’
Despite this the couple have been very careful not to mention each other on Twitter, with the Formula 1 star only ever referring to his ‘Hamilton crew’.
In a picture with rapper Swizz Beats, the driving ace said: ‘I had the best New Years with my brother @therealswizzz & his lovely wife @aliciakeys & the Hamilton crew.’

In turn Nicole posed for a picture with Alicia Keys, Swizz Beats’ wife, again connecting her with Lewis but not directly mentioning her on-off beau.
She said: ‘What a #MAGICAL new years eve with friends and loved ones! Let's make 2014 the most #MAGICAL yet!’
With the two on holiday together and bringing in the New Year in style, what will 2014 bring the on-off couple?

Jennifer Hudson shows off her svelte figure in mini dress and fishnets for performance on Dick Clark NYE show

Rockin' bod! Jennifer Hudson shows off her svelte figure in mini dress and fishnets for performance on Dick Clark NYE show

Jennifer Hudson famously shed over 80 pounds since becoming a Weight Watchers spokesperson in 2010.
And she was rocking her fabulous figure for the annual TV spectacle, Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest - at Sunset Gower Studios in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The 32-year-old singer performed on stage in a dark gray metallic dress that ended about a third of the way down her thigh and showed off a trim waistline and an abundant amount of cleavage.

She paired it with fishnet stockings and a thick chain necklace.
The American Idol finalist appeared svelte and sleek with her short, slicked back hairdo.
Jennifer wore a Barbara Bui dress and Saint Laurent heels.
Wearing heels is a recent development for the star, as she described to the Huffington Post in March.
'Normally, I would take my shoes off on the red carpet because my feet hurt so bad,' she said.
'And it was the weight. But now that’s all I’m wearing. It used to be flats, now it’s all heels. So, that’s a drastic change.'

Well she could sure move in those heels on Tuesday night.
Jennifer grooved onstage, belting out her song, I Can't Describe, with a fierce and passionate stage presence.
The Dreamgirls star tweeted before the show aired: 'Almost time! After 9pm don’t miss me performing 'I Can’t Describe' on Dick Clark’s @OfficialNYRE with @RyanSeacrest on ABC! #NYE #RockinEve.'
In the Los Angeles segment of the show, Jennifer performed alongside the likes of Capital Cities, Chris Daughtry, Jason Derulo, Fall Out Boy, Florida Georgia Line, Ariana Grande, Enrique Iglesias, Robin Thicke, and the Fray.
With an Academy Award, a Golden Globe, a Grammy and over a million album sales under her belt, her success still strikes her as quite surreal.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Net-a-porter's digital magazine, The Edit, the Chicago native said: 'I didn’t know what the Oscars was…where we come from, we don’t know anything about that world. If you see it on TV, it’s like, "Oh, people in fancy suits and ties.”
'It is so bizarre to me to say, "OK, let me go email Beyoncé, let me go talk to Oprah..."
'For so long I sat and admired them; now I’m among them.'
Dubbed 'phenomenally talented' by close friend Alicia Keys, the Grammy Award winner compares her success to losing weight.
'It’s one thing to lose it, but it’s another to keep it off,' she said. 'Well, it’s one thing to make it, but it’s another thing to stay. [That is] why you have to constantly do stuff to keep people’s attention. It’s a hustle, it really is.'

Her third studio album is expected to hit stores in 2014.
As she told Rolling Stone in October: 'I do know that I want to Jennifer-ize this album, meaning I want you to get a sense of who I am as a person, not just as a celebrity, or a brand, or a public figure. That’s what I want this music to reflect.'
Jennifer can be seen in Black Nativity, which was released in U.S. theaters on November 27.
In the film, Jennifer plays Naima, a mother who gets thrown out of her apartment and is forced to send her teenage son to live with estranged relatives.
The Los Angeles portion of the show was hosted by Fergie, with Ryan Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy hosting in New York.
