Loose Women's Ruth Langsford is limbering up for Strictly!

Loose Women's Ruth Langsford is limbering up for Strictly!

TV presenter Ruth Langsford, host of two of ITV’s popular daytime shows Loose Women and This Morning, is the third celebrity confirmed for a brand new series of Strictly Come Dancing.
Ruth said, “I have dreamt about doing Strictly for so long, I can't quite believe my dream has come true! The sum of my dance experience is throwing a few shapes at a party, I've never had a dance lesson in my life. Without doubt it will be the scariest yet most exciting thing I've ever done. It will be a welcome change worrying about my next hot move instead of my next hot flush!”
As well as co-hosting This Morning with her husband Eamonn Holmes, Ruth has a regular primetime series with Eamonn for Channel 5 called How the Other Half Lives, currently in its third series. She also has a passion for all things fashion and has recently started hosting her own show Ruth Langsford’s Fashion Edit on QVC. Outside of TV Ruth is an Ambassador for charity, the Alzheimer’s Society. She and Eamonn live in London with their son Jack and beloved dog, Maggie.

Strictly semi-finalist Claudia Fragapane has revealed that, despite the intense training regime she is subjected to on the dancing show, it's still a pleasant break from her life as a professional gymnast.
The 19-year-old - who competed in the Rio Olympics this summer - is one of the last remaining contenders in this year's season of Strictly Come Dancing - and has consistently impressed the judges along with her pro partner AJ Pritchard.
And on Tuesday's edition of This Morning, the young star opened up about how her life as a gymnast compares to her life as a dancer.

'My parents have always taken me back and forth from home to the gym,' Claudia explained. 'They have done for 12 years.
'It feels like I'm in a box and I'm never let out,' the sportswoman declared boldly. 'It's nice to see how people live in the real world.'
Thanks to partner AJ's constant updates on Instagram, it seems that Claudia's training regimen for the BBC dance show is far from relaxing.

But she elaborated on other ways being on the show has made her feel freer.
'I didn't have much confidence in myself. It's helped bring myself out.'
'You also must feel positively over-dressed,' Holly remarked, alluding to the fact that gymnasts wear very little, even in comparison to some of the outfits on Strictly.
'In comparison, yes,' Claudia said. 'Those leotards go up my bum!

'When I used to watch the show, I never understood why everyone on it seems to cry. But now I know.'
Claudia will compete in the Strictly Come Dancing semi-final this weekend alongside former singer Louise Redknapp, 42, TV presenter Ore Oduba, 30, and Hollyoaks actor Danny Mac, 28.

Girl band Four of Diamonds replace Brooks Way on the X Factor... after the duo are AXED in light of abuse claims

Girl band Four of Diamonds replace Brooks Way on the X Factor... after the duo are AXED in light of abuse claims

Four of Diamonds have been announced as the replacements for Brooks Way on The X Factor.
The girl band, who made it to the Judge's Houses round earlier this month, are set to perform on the second week of live shows on Saturday.
Their return comes after brotherly duo Brooks Way were axed from the show - in light of claims that Josh beat up his ex-girlfriend and broke her nose.

The girls scored a place at Louis Walsh's house in Ibiza, where they had impressed the music mogul with their 1960s twist on hit Royals by Lorde - but failed to make it through due to such high standards of the other acts.
Louis, who decided to bring the girls back as their mentor, explained:'I was really impressed with the girls at Judges' Houses but only had three spots to fill for the Live Shows.
'At the time a lot of viewers were disappointed that I didn't put the girls through, now that a place has opened up in my category, I've listened to the fans and am delighted to be bringing the girls back.'
They're a great girl group and I'm hoping will take me all the way to the final.'

The girls, who were named Nicole's favourite girl-group on the show in the first audition round, were over the moon at being given the opportunity to compete on show for the coveted record deal prize with Syco.
The band, formed of Caroline, Lauren, Yasmin and Sophia, gushed:  'We are so excited to be back on The X Factor we're really looking forward to performing live, working hard and showing everyone what we're made of.'
Rylan Clark-Neal confirmed long-held suspicions that Brooks Way have been axed from the X Factor earlier on Monday.
Appearing on This Morning, he told presenters Holly and Phil the boys were gone and that another band will be brought into replace them.

Rylan said: 'It has just been announced they won't be coming back but I can confirm they will be replaced. I can't say who, but I think I know who it is.
'It's really sad about the boys, there was a story that broke at the weekend, the boys are gutted.
'We wish them well but the show will go on and we will be replacing them.'
On Sunday night, the 17-year-old twin brothers took to Twitter in a bid to shoot down claims that Josh beat up his ex-girlfriend Amelia Clarke and broke her nose.

In a statement, Josh Brooks said: 'Due to events in my personal life I've decided that it's best not to be on the show at this time.
'While not everything that has been claimed is true I would like to apologise to everyone involved.'
An X Factor spokesman said: 'Following the allegations relating to Josh Brooks, we have decided by mutual consent that Brooks Way should leave the competition.'

The pair, who were cut from Saturday's live show as the allegations surfaced, wrote: 'Today, we have had a tough day with a false allegation. Don't believe everything you read, both Amelia and Josh will be stating the truth.'
In a follow-up tweet that was shared with their 108,000 followers just a few minutes later, they simply added: 'The truth always wins.'
Hours earlier, teen brothers Josh and Kyle were photographed looking glum as they left the show's London studios, as it was claimed that they'd been axed permanently.
They were seen heading into the studio via a back entrance for what The Sun has reported was an 'emergency meeting' with show bosses.

A source told the publication: 'The boys were in bits during the 90 minute meeting and completely broke down in tears.
'Show bosses went really hard saying they can't tolerate that behaviour and they're not welcome back at the studios.'
As well as allegation of attaching his ex, it has also been claimed that Josh would regularly beat up his brother Kyle.
According to sources, the aspiring singer suffers from 'disturbing problems with anger'.

Suspended: Josh (left) and Kyle (right), aka Brooks Way, were dropped from Saturday night's X Factor live show following claims Josh broke ex girlfriend Amelia Clarke's nose - and he was also accused of beating up his brother regularly
A source told The Mirror that it was a 'known fact' that he suffered with anger issues and would 'use his fists' if he thought anyone spoke to him disrespectfully.
'He regularly used to beat up Kyle, who wouldn't fight back. The sad thing is Josh is really great guy and was popular with his management - he just has a very disturbing problem with anger,' the source said.
This follows claims by his ex girlfriend Amelia, who has revealed she believes fame changed him into an 'arrogant and violent' person.

Amelia, 18, claims the attacks by Josh got so bad that police 'begged her to get a restraining order'.
Speaking to publication, the blonde teen told how everything was going well in the first year of their relationship.
'It was after he and Kyle went on X Factor in 2014 that things went downhill. Josh got really arrogant and he was getting loads of attention from girls, who he was messaging behind my back, but he still sort of wanted me,' she said.
'The first time he lashed out at me was after a girl he had been messaging called me — he tried to wrestle the phone off me and hit me in the face, causing a nosebleed'.

According to Amelia they would repeatedly reunite and he would threaten her when she tried to leave him, and the attacks became 'so frequent' that police reportedly asked her to get a restraining order against the aspiring singer.
Amelia initially made the claims about Josh last week, telling how he was abusive to her over their four-year relationship.
She claimed she was left with black eyes and had to call police on six occasions.
Josh, who was due to appear on Saturday night's live X Factor show, has denied the allegations.

Amelia told a friend: 'I was constantly lying about where my bruises had come from. The worst time was last year,' the Sun on Sunday reported.
'He came to my house and because my parents had new white carpets fitted I told him not to walk on them.
'He said the way that I spoke to him wasn't acceptable, knocked me over and kicked me in the face so hard that my nose broke. I heard it click out.'
Josh is alleged to have attacked Amelia at a New Year's party. X Factor bosses are now investigating the claims and that he sent threatening messages to her.
As the first live show of the series got underway in Wembley on Saturday, host Dermot O'Leary said: 'Sadly, due to circumstances, Brooks Way will not be appearing this evening.'

Police allowed Josh Brooks, whose parents battled heroin addiction, to walk free after Amelia refused to press charges to the alleged assault.
She now claims Josh 'forced her to lie' in a bid to cover up for the attack.

Josh said the former St Cyres school pupil was 'knocked' while he was in a fight with another male. Amelia was hurt when she intervened in the altercation, he said.

He and his twin brother Kyle were put through to the live rounds of the show after Louis Walsh backed them.
During the show the pair tweeted from their official account, saying: 'Such a shame we can't be there tonight ... hope everyone is enjoying the show.'
They followed up the tweet with a photo of them without a caption.
A show insider told the Daily Mirror: 'They're investigating serious allegations about Josh allegedly sending threatening messages to her.'
Another source said: 'They are not being replaced by another act - there will simply be 11 acts, not 12.

'Show bosses have not axed them - they have been suspended while the show has a chance to investigate claims.'
The duo, who sang in a local church together as boys, are also said to have been removed from the X Factor finalists' house in North London and relocated to a hotel.
Before the shows at the weekend, a spokeswoman for the X Factor told MailOnline: 'As was said at the top of the show due to circumstances that have arisen Brooks Way won't be appearing tonight.
'This relates to information which has been given to the show today regarding one of the group. We won't be commenting further at this time.'

Josh was forced to confront allegations that he was arrested after hitting his girlfriend at a New Year's party.
The young Welshman responded to the story by claiming the incident at a party 10 months ago has been misinterpreted.
Issuing a statement on the matter, the singer told The Sun on Sunday: 'A fight broke out between me and another male at a party.
'Amelia, along with others, tried to break it up and she was accidentally knocked in the process. It was never my intention to hurt her or put her in danger and this situation is way out of my character.'
Josh and Kyle had been in the care of their grandmother Colettee, 61, since they were 18 months old.
Last month they revealed they had made up with their estranged mother and father, Samantha and Daniel Gibbs.
The father became a 'semi-professional thief' to fund their drugs habit and he had almost 60 offences to his name.
The boys, who also appeared on X Factor in 2014, have said they themselves were 'no goody two shoes' after Josh was found drunk in the street on one occasion and taken home by police.
