She was among the winners at this year’s Evening Standard Theatre Awards.
So it’s no wonder Gemma Arterton was full of smiles at the star-studded after-party, held at iconic Old Vic Theatre in London on Sunday night.
The 29-year-old, who won the Newcomer in a Musical Award for her musical debut in Made In Dagenham, looked absolutely sensational as she partied the night away with fellow actress Ruth Wilson.

With her brunette mid-length tresses left loose, Gemma looked nothing short of glamorous in her style choice as she stood tall in gold peep-toe heels.
The British beauty enhanced her striking complexion with flawlessly applied makeup, while keeping her accessories to a bare minimum with glitzy Gismondi drop-down earrings.

Speaking before the ceremony, she said: 'I kind of jumped into it without realising how much I was taking on so halfway through the rehearsals I got real stage fright. To be standing here today is extraordinary and I am so so glad that I did it.’
'I did it for my father, who was a scientist - he has been orbiting around this whole thing - and also for Rosalind, who was not recognised in her lifetime. That has been very very important to me.
'Photograph 51 was written by a female playwright about a female scientist so to be able to champion that was an honour and a privilege.'

McAvoy was named Best Actor for his role in The Ruling Class, while Staunton received a standing ovation after she won Best Musical Performance for Gypsy and performed the song Everything's Coming Up Roses from the musical.
There was also a performance from Pixie Lott, who sung Moon River from the forthcoming production of Breakfast At Tiffany's.
Actors Judi Dench and Ian McKellen served as co-hosts of the event, along with the Evening Standard's publisher Evgeny Lebedev.
