Jessica Alba was joined by some famous friends and she stopped by the Mondrian LA hotel in West Hollywood on Friday to promote her book, The Honest Life.

The book shares the Sin City star's experience in a new chapter of her life, being an eco-conscious mum turned business owner.
The 31-year-old looked glamorous in a simple white coat and skinny jeans, which she wore underneath a white and purple tweed coat.
The fashionable mother-of-two also paired her sunny blonde hair with a golden manicure.

Jessica showed off some of her company's healthy products as she was joined by model Laura Bush and American Idol judge Randy Jackson.
Since Monday the Dark Angel actress has been on a press tour promoting the release of her book, The Honest Life: Living Naturally and True to You.
She started off in New York, where she appeared on a series of television shows to launch her new eco-friendly venture.

Last year Jessica, alongside entrepreneur Brian Lee and environmental advocate Christopher Gavigan, launched The Honest Company, a resource for parents and other savvy shoppers looking to find products that are safe for the home.
The book not only talks about her new business venture, but it also peeks into Jessica's life raising two young children in Hollywood.
The project was a cause close to her heart for the mother of two, whose interest was sparked after her youngest daughter was born.

'I had an allergic reaction to this quote/unquote baby detergent and I was like if this is making me have a reaction what will it do to my child?' she told GMA on Tuesday.
'And I did a lot of research and I found out that there's lots of toxic chemicals in everything from baby detergent to shampoos and other cleaning products.
'So it began and created the honest company because I was like families need one trusted company that has high quality, high performance products that don't have toxic chemicals.'
