Knife and fire emojis were pictured on the most disturbing messages compared to the other more affectionate tweets where the Afghanistan veteran declared his love to the flame-haired singer, Guilford Crown Court heard.
Nicola never replied to any of the messages, instead meticulously copying every vile missive until after five years the target changed to her friend, R n' B singer Joel Compass, which prompted the 31-year-old to contact the police.

Davies had been the star's boyfriend at the heights of the Girls Aloud fame but the pair parted company in 2008.
It was reported at the time they were engaged during the 18-month relationship but public rows, including one at the G-A-Y nightclub just before she performed with her bandmates, led to the then 22-year-old calling time on their relationship.
The harassing social media message started appearing in 2012 and continued until Davies was arrested in February this year and was remanded to prison until the case could be heard in court.

Coldplay lead the nominations at the 2017 Ivor Novello Awards alongside Laura Mvula and Michael Kiwanuka, with two nods each - but failed to pick up any prizes.
The hugely successful group, comprised of band-members Chris Martin, Guy Berryman, Jonny Buckland and Will Champion, had been nominated twice in the category for PRS for Music Most Performed Work for Adventure of a Lifetime and Hymn for the Weekend.
They were beaten by multiple Grammy Award winning superstar Adele, whose song When We Were Young also features, when the prestigious ceremony takes place at London's Grosvenor House in May.
Elsewhere Birmingham based Laura was nominated for her Nile Rodgers collaboration, Overcome, in the Best Song Musically and Lyrically category, but lost out on the prize.

The Ivors were created by BASCA [British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors] to celebrate, honour and reward excellence in songwriting and composing.
The awards, which have been sponsored by PRS for Music since 1974, are unique in specifically honouring the UK songwriting and composing community and are exclusively judged by songwriters and composers.
Of this year’s winners, BASCA Chairman Crispin Hunt said: 'In celebrating the exceptional power of British and Irish music writing and by honouring the past, the present and the eternal creators of music - once again this year, The Ivors absolutely smashed it. BASCA’s heartfelt congratulations go out to every winning composer. Whether you wrote songs, symphonies or syncs - we salute you.'
