And Frank and his fiancée Christine Bleakley were seen spending some quality down time together in the South of France on Thursday.
Christine showed off her toned figure in the blue animal print bikini as they pair soaked up the sun at popular Hotel Du Cap Eden Roc hotel.

Christine, 36, proved that she is in great shape as she showcased her slim line physique in the blue two-piece whilst sweeping her locks up into a simple bun.
The natural beauty appeared to be sporting minimal make-up for her day in the sunshine with her partner and their friends.
Christine recently said that she hasn’t had time to plan her wedding.

The television presenter has been engaged to football star Frank for four years and is hoping the pair can finally start preparing to tie the knot when they reach New York.
She said: ‘It would be lovely to try to get it done but we don’t really know where we are with Frank and football. Hopefully we will know more soon when we get to New York.’
But Christine has insisted she doesn't want anything too fussy when the pair eventually find time to wed.

She added: ‘It will be our nearest and dearest invited, people we are close to, it will be family-oriented.
‘Hopefully it will be good food, good drink and a good old knees-up. It will be a bit of an old-fashioned wedding in that respect.
She added: ‘Would we do a deal with a glossy magazine? I don’t think so. It’s not for us.’
And the television personality is glad the pair aren't making their move to the Big Apple permanent as she enjoys living in London.

She added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: ‘Home is London for us and there is no furniture moving anywhere, so the ability to dip in and out of this mad world we have all grown up with watching movies and “Friends”, I’m looking forward to that.
‘I’m looking forward to having a bit of an adventure. I’m excited about going to all the different sporting events, I want to go to everything there is. And then it will be exciting to watch Frank play in a new environment, that is going to be a new challenge for him in all the right ways.’
Meanwhile, Frank showed off his buff body in a pair of green shorts on the pair's sunshine break the day before.

Pop stars Marvin and Rochelle Humes paved the way for couples on the red carpet at the National Television Awards on Wednesday.
The chart-topping duo, who are new parents to baby Alaia-Mai, looked stunning in a pin-striped suit and purple lace dress respectively.
Together, they capped a slew of his-and-her partners who graced the ceremony's fan-lined entrance at The O2 arena.

Wearing a long-sleeved dress with her hair in a long cascade of curls, Rochelle took to twitter to describe her look as 'Old Hollywood'.
Meanwhile, her husband was more jovial, adding: 'All about the  tonight!  and  nominated for awards!!! Attending with my Wife!!! (in Borat voice)'.
He looked equally impressive in his three-piece suit with patent leather shoes.

Other stars who graced the red carpet include Downton Abbey star Hugh Bonneville, who dressed in a traditional tuxedo while his wife, Lulu Williams, wore a neon orange dress.   
She matched the look with a black belt and matching clutch bag. 
Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright appeared side-by-side, although the Coronation Street star failed to look her best in a mint-coloured gown.

Football star Frank Lampard and his partner Christine Bleakley cut stylish figures in their all-black ensembles, as did husband-and-wife team Tess Daly and Vernon Kay.
Together, they looked classically attired for an evening of modern television.

Meanwhile, a heavily-pregnant Michelle Heaton looked pretty in pink as she sported a daring piece of maternity wear alongside her beloved husband, Hugh.
Alongside them were other celebrity couples including Phillip Schofield and his wife, Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford and Ricky Gervais, who attended with his long-term girlfriend Jane Fallon.

He came out on top of the Dancing On Ice leaderboard last week.
And it seems Matt Lapinskas is going from strength to strength with his skating skills after impressing the judges with his routine as part of props weeks on Sunday.
The actor beat his own record and was awarded 36 points - the highest score of the series so far.

Matt was awarded a score of nine by each of the judges following his performance.
The actor used three hats as his props for the routine and impressed the judges by changing seamlessly between each one during the dance.
    Judge Ashley Roberts said: 'It was fun, it was funky, it was fabulous… You did it with confidence… It was just awesome.'
    A usually harsh Jason Gardiner said: 'It was genius… It’s very ambitious what you did out there… You showed great skill.'
    Head judge Robin Cousins added: 'It was brilliantly done… The two of you between you played creatively with the hat. Brilliant.'

    Olympic gymnast Beth Tweddle performed to Lady Gaga's hit song Born This way and wore a white costume teamed with a bright blonde wig which made her hair appear as if it was standing on end.
    Her prop for this week's routing was a hula-hoop which was chosen to reflect her day job as an athlete.
    She was awarded a total of 30 points from the judges and received a mix of comments from the panel.

    Robin said: 'It was a great start to the show but I thought it was possibly very slightly predictable… Beautifully done but very safe.'
    However, Jason was less impressed, saying: 'For me, I think that you lacked personality throughout… I thought that you were so concentrated on getting everything so perfect… You forget about giving a performance and projecting personality.

    Meanwhile, rugby player Gareth Thomas came in second place after paying homage to his career in his routine by performing with a rugby ball.
    He was awarded a total of 34.5 by the judges and received a number of positive comments.

    Robin said: 'Seamless use of the prop… I’ve never known a rugby ball to be elegant or beautiful until the two of you worked with it tonight.'

    Jason joked: 'Clearly you’ve had a lot of experience and practice handling balls and it looked that way… I knew you could handle the ball.'

    Ashley added: 'It was strong, it was confidence. There was moments when I thought I could have seen a little bit more engagement.'

    And his routine was met with equal praise from the judging panel and the audience who cheered the sportsman on as he skated on the ice.
    He was awarded a total of 30 points, matching Beth's score, and was given positive comments by the judges who were impressed by his confidence.

    Karen said: 'We all started to doubt you but there was no doubt there tonight. I thoroughly enjoyed it.'

    Coronation Street actress Samia Ghadie used a chair as prop as a nod to her Coronation Street character Maria Connor who is a hairdresser.
    She began routine to soap’s theme but soon switched to a more upbeat tune for her performance.
    The star just beat last week's score of 27 with an extra point and was awarded a total of 28 by the judges.

    The TV presenter couldn't wait to share the bunch of roses given to her by her caring footballer beau Frank Lampard.
