Nicole Scherzinger stuns in a very low-cut silk blouse as she leads the glamour at The X Factor press launch

Loosen up my buttons! Nicole Scherzinger stuns in a very low-cut silk blouse and tailored trousers as she leads the glamour at The X Factor press launch

The new series of The X Factor is kicking off this weekend.
And the judges were out in force at the series 14 press launch at Picturehouse Central in London on Wednesday afternoon.
Nicole Scherzinger led the glamour in a striking black ensemble, exuding confidence as she posed like a pro.

The Pussycat Dolls singer looked chic and sophisticated in an all-black ensemble, showing off a hint of cleavage in a plunging silk blouse.
She sported a pair of cropped trousers, adding some patent stilettos for extra height
Nicole added a fashionable flair to her attire thanks to a smart blazer and a fedora, accesorising her statement look with layered necklaces.
The only pop of colour of her otherwise sombre ensemble was a slick of dark red lipstick.

Louis Walsh was looking dapper in a smart suit, putting on a jolly display at the launch.
Dermot O'Leary was also at hand to introduce the new series, cutting a cool and casual figure in chinos and a navy T-shirt.
The red carpet launch came after Louis sensationally claimed his co-judge Nicole is lying about her age in a hilarious new interview.

In his typically controversial manner, the Irish X music supremo, 65, began by praising the former Pussycat Dolls' work ethic, before taking a swipe.
He told Heat magazine: 'She may be out really late the night before filming but she's still on it.'
'It's great that she can still do all of it at her age. Nobody knows what age she is, but she's older than she says she is.
That shows how well we can get on. I can say things like that.'

Although it wasn't all bad news for the Don't Hold Your Breath hitmaker, with playful Louis calling her ' hilarious, talented and gorgeous' and saying she 'ticks every box.'
Nicole has admitted in the past to being economical with the truth regarding her age.
Back in 2008, the singer admitted lying about her actual age, revealing she was turning 30 when the band's website listed her age as 28.
Back then, she said: 'I should've said I was 27!' She then came clean and said she was born in June 1978, making her 39 now.

Braless Nicole Scherzinger turns up the heat in a plunging skintight turquoise gown at X Factor auditions

Braless Nicole Scherzinger turns up the heat in a plunging skintight turquoise gown as she makes glamorous arrival at X Factor auditions

In the years since she rose to fame as a member of the Pussycat Dolls, Nicole Scherzinger has continued to prove why she was an immediate fan favourite.
And the stunning singer stayed true to form on Friday evening, when she stepped out in fine style for the Boot Camp stages of The X Factor in London.
The 39-year-old singer wowed as she arrived in a figure-hugging, deeply plunging turquoise gown, under which she opted to go braless.

Her eye-catching choice of gown boasted a ruffled raised collar and a backless feature, adding a dramatic touch to her ravishing look.
Standing tall in a pair of colourful butterfly-themed strappy heels, she accessorised with a long gold necklace, a variety of rings and a thick statement bracelet.
Her lustrous raven tresses were styled in voluminous waves, which fell freely past her shoulders, while her natural beauty was highlighted with bubblegum pink lipstick.

Nicole, who was recently pictured flaunting her incredible bikini body during a sun-soaked getaway with boyfriend Grigor Dimitrov, set pulses racing earlier on Friday when she shared a busty selfie on Instagram.
Spicing up a session in hair and make-up, the singer oozed sex appeal as she posed up a storm in a plunging yellow top.
The racy number featured a provocative zip detail that was partially unfastened to flash a glimpse of her ample assets.

Drawing yet more attention to her decolletage, the star donned a plethora of necklaces that were sure to catch the eye.
Nicole exuded glamour in the image, which saw her flanked by a team of hairstylists and make-up artists.
'London turn up,' the beauty captioned the sizzling shot.
The snap followed a less glamorous post shared on the star's Instagram account last weekend, which saw her ride the Stealth roller coaster at Thorpe Park.
Joined by X Factor co-star Dermot O'Leary, the pair were left feeling rather queasy on Sunday, as they attempted to channel their inner thrill-seeker while 'enjoying' an outing at Thorpe Park.
Landing front row seats on the park's notorious Stealth roller-coaster, the duo were pictured preparing to be catapulted into the air together, but didn't appear to be feeling so fresh.

Singer Nicole, 39, had luckily captured the moment - much to the amusement of fans - of herself and Dermot, 44, trying to steady their nerves and calm themselves down as the ride got ready to launch.
And it seems they had reason to be feeling slightly jelly-legged, as Stealth is the theme park's tallest ride, reaching up to 205ft and accelerating from 0-80mph in just under two seconds.
She shared a series of snaps to Instagram with her 3.2million followers, poking fun at the uneasiness she and Dermot both felt. As they sat clutching onto their harness and breathing out, in an attempt to prevent themselves from breaking down, Nicole joked: 'Getting ready for take off! Don't forget to breath! 3, 2, 1 ...'

The following photos showed the former Pussycat Doll appearing to ease into the ride, as she managed to flash a smile before throwing her arms up into the air with excitement.
TV presenter Dermot, on the other hand, didn't seem so convinced.
He awkwardly pointed at Nicole, as she beamed from ear-to-ear, and half-heartedly raised his arms above his head while grimacing towards the camera.
Being propelled around a daring track wasn't the only moment that would have had Nicole's heart racing, however, as during their trip to Thorpe Park, Simon Cowell had reportedly crashed a golf buggy into a gift shop.

He had been joined by Nicole and their fellow judges Louis Walsh and Sharon Osbourne and according to The Sun, misjudged a corner while hunting down an ice cream.
A source told the newspaper: 'Simon was in a wild mood and decided to go off in search of ice cream sandwiches for him and the judges. He pinched a golf buggy from where they were filming and off he went.
'As he got close to the park’s ghost train he tried to drive the cart into a shop but completely underestimated the width of the door and clattered into some metal detectors.

'There was a brief period of concern that the judges could have been hurt, but they were soon on their way again. Simon had been given free reign of the park after it was closed to the general public. He was acting like a big, mischievous kid.'
A source also told MailOnline that the vehicular mishap resulted in a 'small prang' on the low speed vehicle.
On Sunday night, former Pussycat Doll Nicole took to Instagram to share a brief video of the foursome riding in a golf cart as Simon took control of the wheel.

Matt Terry is crowned winner of X Factor 2016 after beating Saara Aalto in explosive live final

Matt Terry is crowned winner of X Factor 2016 after beating Saara Aalto in explosive live final... as he prepares to defeat the 'male winner's curse' with Ed Sheeran song

  • Bromley-born Matt, 23, became the sixth male contestant to win the show on Sunday night
  • Previous male winners including Ben Haenow, Steve Brookstein and Shayne Ward have been dropped by Simon Cowell's record label Syco, in the past
  • Mentored by Nicole Scherzinger, the solo artist beat Finnish act Saara, 29, to take the win
  • He will release a festive track written by chart-topper Ed, just in time for Christmas
  • The live final at Wembley Arena saw performances from Kylie, Little Mix and Madness
Matt Terry has been crowned winner of The X Factor 2016 following Sunday night's final.
The Bromley-born crooner was left astounded as he discovered he had beat out competition from fellow hopeful Saara Aalto, 29, after the duo battled it out in the live show in Wembley Arena.
Led by Nicole Scherzinger, the 23-year-old reigned victorious in the show's 13th series after which he belted out the winner's single Christmas Comes Around, written by Ed Sheeran. He is the eighth solo male to win the show, although his predecessors have often failed to find chart success - a curse Matt is no doubt aiming to defeat.

As host Dermot O'Leary announced the news that he had trumped his rival, Matt's reaction was so dramatic that he collapsed to the floor shortly before scooping his mentor into his arms.
The show's head honcho and chief judge, Simon Cowell lauded the rising star for his win as he said: 'Matt it's your night, it's an important record you know that' - a comment which could allude to his status as a male winner.
Following the news she had narrowly missed the crown, gracious Saara conceded: 'Thank you people for all the support this has been amazing so I'm so happy and I'm so happy for Matt.'
As he belted out the winner's single his fellow finalists joined him on stage while he tearfully sang the record during which he was congratulated by his cohorts, who bundled on top of him in an overjoyed display.
Matt's two victorious performances of the evening saw him sing Sam Smith's Bond theme Writing's On The Wall before he later returned to the stage to belt out Randy Crawford's 1980 hit One Day I'll Fly Away.
Ahead of his performances, he stated: 'I have never wanted something more in my entire life'. Fellow judge Louis lauded his efforts, while panellist Sharon Osbourne, who acted as Saara's mentor, said: 'Those huge notes were just amazing, I do love you very much.'

Simon concurred, saying: 'What I like about you is that you want to win and I love working with winners and now we're seeing the person I wanted to see all those weeks ago. I think you're going to do it.'
Having forged an incredibly close bond throughout the show, Nicole was so overwhelmed as she delivered her gushing praise of the hopeful, she was reduced to tears while looking intently at Matt.
While Matt will be riding high on his victory, the history of the show's male winners will no doubt be a concern - after a number of male victors signed to Simon Cowell's SyCo record label have seen short-lived careers.
Previous winners including Ben Haenow, Steve Brookstein and Shayne Ward have been dropped by Syco, in the past, so the 23-year-old will no doubt be keen to prove himself and shake the curse.
2015 winner Ben was axed a mere 13 months after beating Fleur East to the winner's title, after which a source told The Sun: 'Simon made the decision with a heavy heart. He was a big supporter of Ben but it’s simply down to business - Fleur East, who came second, has done much better.'

Helping him celebrate! Matt was surrounded by his wellwishers and former co-stars
On Sunday evening, Saara opened the competitive performances when she was first to perform shortly before future winner Matt stormed the stage in what became a tense face-off while the show was peppered with performances from icons including Kylie Minogue, Madness and Little Mix.
Despite losing the show, Saara's performance of Whitney Houston's 2009 hit I Didn't Know My Own Strength won her rave reviews, with Nicole stating: 'I knew we found someone special. I know you couldn't have had a better mentor. Not only do you have a voice out of this stratosphere but you make me smile', before Simon said congratulations to Nicole and Sharon for what they have done for their acts.
Giving a nod to Saara's Finnish roots, Simon insisted he would like to have a contestant from another country win: 'I like the fact that this show is open to anyone. I would be privileged if we could have someone from a different country.'
In between performances, Dermot asked the judges what had been the highlight of the series for them, leading to an emotional Sharon replying: 'My highlight was coming back to the show.

The flame-haired icon recently revealed that she and husband Ozzy Osbourne are planning to renew their wedding vows, after it emerged he had been unfaithful earlier this year - which was potentially the cause for her tears.

The show kicked off with host Dermot O'Leary spinning onto the stage in a red convertible car while tuxedo-clad and surrounded by a bevy of beauties.
The judges burst onto the stage looking sensational, all looking their very best for the big battle to commence. Looking fabulous in a sheer gown, Nicole staggered onto the stage in a tight fishtail number - seemingly struggling to walk in the stunning gown.
As she flashed every inch of her incredible figure from beneath the gown, she clutched on to Simon due to the form-fitting mermaid silhouette of the gown.

Joining the blonde beauty on the stage, Saara put on a typically kooky display in an A-line silver mini dress with a thick waist belt while Matt wore his trademark winter coat - this time in a grey number.
Hot on Kylie's heels was British legends Madness who arrived on stage suited-and-booted as they belted out their new track Mr Apples before mashing up the song with their iconic hit Our House.
Dermot spoke to the group's lead singer Suggs asking what advice he would give to the hopefuls, yet he stole a moment for self-promotion, saying: 'Our album Can't Touch Us is number one in America... My advice is keep going. If you don't you won't know what's to come.'
Madness were followed by slightly less iconic performances, as some of the most memorable failed auditionees returned to the stage to sing Starship's 1987 hit Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now.
Shortly before the show, Saara shared a sweet selfie as she beamed alongside Matt, shortly after she revealed to The Sun that she would prefer to come second on the show to give herself more freedom.
