Brunette beauties Emilia Clarke and Felicity Jones look incredible in contrasting LBDs as they lead the glamour at pre-BAFTA party

They are currently at the top of their game in the movie world.

And British beauties Emilia Clarke and Felicity Jones proved they're leading the sartorial stakes too, as they took centre-stage at the pre-BAFTA party hosted by Charles Finch and Chanel at London's Annabel's on Saturday.

The Game Of Thrones star, 30, looked virtually unrecognisable with a blunt fringe cut as she rocked a metallic biker jacket, while Felicity, 33, opted for a classic LBD.

Emilia looked worlds away from her usually lowkey red carpet appearances in the gold cropped jacket which she wore over a semi-sheer knitted maxidress.

Injecting even more sparkle to the look, the Me Before You star added some three-strap diamante-embellished mules.

Wearing her raven hair in a sleek bob, she highlighted her striking green eyes with lashings of mascara and an iridescent bronze shadow.

Looking every inch the angelic beauty, Felicity couldn't resist confessing to E! News about her less than innocent ways in the past.

'When did I go rogue? Probably when I was growing up and I was a teenager. At times I was a bit of a rebellious teenager!' she proclaimed in December.

Felicity also previously spoke about her joy over young girls looking up to her character, Rebel Alliance fighter Jyn Erso - an abandoned child of war who must decide what she believes in as the world devolves into chaos.

She revealed to the Daily Mirror: 'I just feel it's a wonderful moment that young girls get to celebrate someone like Jyn just as they did with Daisy Ridley's Rey (in Star Wars: The Force Awakens). 

'She is someone who has great humanity, she has an independent spirit and lives by her beliefs, and I think there's something wonderful about her for a young girl to admire,' she continued.

Also vying for best film will be sci-fi movie Arrival, melancholy drama Manchester By The Sea and Moonlight, a coming of age story about a gay black man growing up in Miami.

Blunt has received a leading actress nod for her role in The Girl On The Train, while Garfield is nominated for leading actor for playing a US Army medic in Mel Gibson's film Hacksaw Ridge.

It's the campaign that has stars stripping down and covering their modesty with an array of sea-life.

And Christopher Biggins is the latest celebrity to pose for the Sheekey FishLove series, which sees him laying naked on his front with one octopus on his shoulder and another on his derriere. 

The 67-year-old screen and stage actor looks confident as he strikes a pose in next to nothing to highlight the dangers of over-fishing in British seas.

Earlier this year, a plethora of other theatre stars lent their naked bodies to the campaign after an image of Helena Bonham-Carter posing naked with a 27kg tuna went viral in 2015.

The Fishlove campaign is designed to take pressure away from eating popular fish, such as cod, by encouraging the consumption of lesser-known species like sprats, herring, mackerel and gurnard.

Other stars who took part in the campaign included Mark Rylance, Dougray Scott and Miriam Margolyes.

Leading London seafood restaurant, J Sheekey Oyster Bar, endorsed Fishlove by commissioning the series of photographs taken by Jillian Edelstein.

With frequently provocative images of naked celebrities holding endangered fish species, Fishlove has become one of the most successful and significant campaigns raising awareness of how destructive fishing practices are bringing the marine environment to the brink of collapse.

The Love Actually star could be seen giggling as she knelt behind her smiling husband.

Emma had the head of the fish in her hands while Greg, 49, had the tails crossed in his hands while he sat crossed legged on the floor.

Speaking about why they chose to help with the campaign, the pair said: ‘You do feel a little guilty holding a huge dead fish while you are very much alive.

But by doing this Fishlove portrait with a deep-sea Black Scabbard fish we want to make clear the message: if we don’t end the overfishing and pollution of the ocean, all these beautiful creatures are threatened.

They added: ‘In particular, deep-sea fishing is unsustainable, unnecessary and should stop’. 

The J Sheekey Oyster Bar/Fishlove Theatre Series will be available to view in the J Sheekey Oyster Bar from March 24, alongside a selection of photographs taken in previous years.
