It's not hard to see why Derek Jeter wants to spend the rest of his life waking up next to Hannah Davis.

The 25-year-old looks sensational for her latest - and very racy - cover for Maxim magazine's March issue.

Hannah stripped down to a gold string bikini for the shoot, leaving practically nothing to the imagination in a top that was several sizes too small.

The model's curves were busting out of the bikini top as she smouldered at the camera, with her honey-coloured hair piled atop her head and a little make-up highlighting her gorgeous features.

Hannah also flashed her dazzling diamond engagement ring, after confirming in November that she and Derek are getting married.But the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover girl insisted she is far more attracted to a family man than one with money to buy her expensive jewellery.

'Trying to impress you with material things? I think that's lame,' she told Maxim. 'I wanted someone whose family is a big, important part of their life.'

Hannah and former Yankees star Derek, 41, dated for three years before getting engaged, and they have always tried to keep their relationship out of the spotlight. 

'I feel like I have to share every other part of my life,' she explained. 'It's that one part that's a little bit of a mystery to people, but that's the way we want it. The only way to protect it is not to talk about it.'

Fortunately, when it comes to planning their big day, it doesn't look like Hannah will let the stress get to her.

The star told Maxim: 'I'm not a worrier. There's no point. My philosophy is to let everyone else worry.'

Hannah was born and raised in Saint Thomas, in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and has been modelling for the last 10 years.

After working for the likes of Ralph Lauren and Victoria's Secret, she first appeared in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2013, and graced the cover two years later.

Hannah is expanding her career beyond modelling, and hosted the first season of Project Runway: Juniors, which aired it's finale last month. She also appeared in the 2015 movie Vacation.

The Victoria's Secret model posed for the cover of Maxim's February issue, and inside photos from the shoot were released Tuesday.

Sin City is the theme of the edition as she was photographed at casino hot spots Caesars Palace and Wynn.

The Swedish born blonde appears naked except for a ostentatious diamond necklace on the cover.

All that spared her blushes was some strategic lighting which hid her nether regions, and a artistically draped fur.

She showed off her lean limbs, sitting legs akimbo for the shot.

Her blonde tresses have that just got out of bed look for the shot in a couple of the images.

The model spoke to the magazine about her upbringing in Sweden, and what she thought of it being dark during the winter months: 'Growing up like that, you don’t know anything different, so I guess you get used to it as a kid.

After raking in $37,000,000 this year, the Modern Family star and Maxim Hot 100 staple mounts a three-peat as TV’s Top-Earning Actress.

In the tenth season of Friends, Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox, and Lisa Kudrow each made a cool $1,000,000 per episode. At almost $1,300,000 in 2014 dollars, that sum dwarfs Modern Family star Sofia Vergara’s $325,000-per-episode pay.

But Sofia Vergara, Maxim cover model and Hot 100 staple, has a head for business like no other actress on television. She holds endorsement deals with Head & Shoulders, Diet Pepsi, Kmart and Covergirl, and is a founder of the mammoth Latin World Entertainment. With so many pots on the stove, Vergara, Inc., hoovered up $37 million this year alone, making her far and away the highest-earning actress on television (SVU queen Mariska Hargitay came in a distant second, with $13 million).

All this was enough to propel the Colombian femme fatale to first on Forbes’ list of top-earning actresses for the third year running.

As she continues her meteoric rise as a singing sensation, Charli XCX decided to cement her style star status with flawless new fashion shoot.

The 22-year-old - whose real name is Charlotte Emma Aitchison – looked absolutely sensational as she showed off some serious skin in the May issue of Maxim Magazine.

Styled to perfection, the British singer smouldered in a plunging black satin dress, complete with strappy detailing and a tight waistline.

With her luscious dark locks worn loose in cascading waves, Charli upped the glam factor with a winged eyeliner and lashings of lip shine.

The other black and white image saw the star pose almost in the nude underneath a trench-style leather coat, which flashed her slender pins in all its glory. 

The Famous hitmaker spoke candidly about her inspiration when it comes to her style in the accompanying interview.

‘I want to have more of a legacy, and I think just because I wear what I wear, and am a pop star, doesn’t mean I can’t have that.’

After dominating the charts with pop hits such as Boom Clap and Fancy, Charli appears to be tackling a particularly intimate subject on her latest album.

She admitted that her new punk-inspired album, Sucker, will feature a track about self pleasure - and she insists it's all for an empowering cause.

Later adding: 'If they're going to be sexualised, they should sexualise themselves and not let someone else do it for them.'
