While her courtside presence at Friday's Los Angeles Clippers game may have riled some basketball fans, Kendall Jenner later took to Instagram to show why she's a welcome fixture in the fashion world.

On Sunday, the 19-year-old showed off her incredible body as she posed in a blue-and-white string bikini in a glistening swimming pool alongside her close pal and fellow model Hailey Baldwin, 18.

Wearing her raven locks in a ponytail and protecting her eyes with stylish sunglasses, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star reclined on an inflatable swan as she basked in the California sunshine.

Kendall's relaxed day in the sun stood in stark contrast to Friday, when she and her sister Khloe Kardashian, 30, were heckled by basketball fans at the Staples Center when the Los Angeles Clippers took on the Houston Rockets for game 3 of the NBA post-season match-up.

'Everyone booed!' a spectator told Dailymail.com when the Keeping Up With The Kardashians stars were broadcasted on the venue's jumbotron.

Khloe was once a welcome face at the basketball arena when her estranged husband Lamar Odom was a starring player for the team, but now the audience reception seems to be completely opposite.

'Khloe and Kendall were shown on camera to get fans cheering and waving,' the source explained. 'But when it showed their faces, everyone booed.'

The crowd booed so loudly that the cameraman quickly cut away to a different section where both Floyd Mayweather and Snoop Dogg were sitting in the front row at the game.

Both Khloe and Kendall were noticeably embarrassed and shocked as they quickly tried to get off the jumbotron.

Sitting beside them was their personal trainer and close family friend Gunnar Peterson.

Despite not getting a warm greeting by the LA crowd, the E! stars still hit a fashion high note.

The supermodel scored a victory in kinky knee-high gladiator boots with stiletto heels and tiny denim shorts that showed off her legs to maximal effect.

Khloe was more covered up, wearing head-to-toe black including a jacket over a turtleneck sweater dress and black knee-high heeled boots.

She styled her voluminous blonde mane in luscious waves and glammed it up with large hoop earrings, while carrying a purse with furry trim.

Rita Ora has debuted in a new music video filmed in Thailand for Snoop Lion’s reggae-inspired track Torn Apart.

The 22-year-old singer seems to have got into the holiday spirit in the video, which features her and Snoop Lion dancing, swimming and frolicking on a paradise island.

The video begins in black-and-white with them recalling their fond memories of an amazing summer gone by.

Holiday of a lifetime: Rita and Snoop dance on the beach

Rita wears a series of floaty summer outfits, jewels and bikinis in the video which features idyllic beaches and tropical scenery.

She is seen singing in the sea holding a parasol, running and jumping into the sea and swimming underwater.

She also parties on the beach with Snoop Lion and dances in traditional costume and a jewelled headband, while shielding her eyes from the sun in shades by MOO Eyewear.

Torn Apart is one of the first tracks from Snoop Lion (formerly Snoop Dogg) since he became a reggae artist.

The song was filmed in January on-set in Thailand, where Rita revealed that the duo almost got stranded when the tide went out leaving them stuck on the beach.   

She told the Sun: ‘Everyone had left except me, Snoop, my sister, the camera guy and the lighting guy. I was like, ‘Are we ever going to get off alive?’ 

‘We had to walk all the way to the boat because the tide had gone out and the boat couldn’t get to the shore. 

‘We had to wade through the sea to the boat. I don’t know what was touching my toes! Slithery things, stones. I was holding Snoop’s hand and he was squeezing it so tight I lost all circulation. It was hilarious.’

And it seems Jennifer Lawrence follows this maxim if her outfit at the Hollywood Reporter Oscar Nominees Night in Beverly Hills is anything to go by.

The best actress nominee stole the show thanks to her cleavage bearing sequined number, which drew attention to her ample curves.

It meant she had won an important, but in no way decisive, victory against her rivals for the much coveted trophy.

The Best Actress nominee said on Monday night at the annual pre-Oscars nominees luncheon that fashion wise she plans to go all out this year. 

Dressed in a white ruffled strapless gown she said: 'Last time was comfort. This year I’m like, "Suck it up. Wear a corset." I’m going to go for fashion this time. 

'I saw that, but that’s the problem with the Oscars. They’re always at the end and you are exhausted from dressing up. 

'Eating normally calms me down. I remember before the Oscars I was wearing that skintight dress and I ate a Philly cheese steak and fries and was like, ‘This is definitely going to help.’ Which it didn’t because I had to double my Spanx.'

And asked about how her family will react to the big night, she said: 'It’s very calm at my house. Nobody in my family has fully absorbed it. I can talk about other things than myself, which is great. 

'And then the night of the Oscars, everybody just gets wasted and has a blast.'

For the 22-year-old's fellow hopefuls Naomi Watts and Jessica Chastain both looked in fine figure as they attended the event.

The latter scored particularly highly after daunting a sleek black number that managed to tread the thin line between demure and sexy perfectly.

But there was plenty of competition in the glamour stakes at the glittering event.

For while Jennifer, Jessica, Naomi and supporting actress nominee Amy Adams are the actresses of the moment, some of the cream of the Hollywood crop were also there.

With awards season in full flow the trio were among the attendees at the event held at Spago in Beverly Hills.

Amy, 38, who is nominated as best supporting actress in The Master and Naomi, nominated for leading actress in The Impossible, had earlier attended the Oscars Nominees Luncheon.

And outfit change later and the pair were posing for the cameras again, with Naomi, 44, opting for a dressed down looked of silver trousers and a white blouse.

Amy, meanwhile, looked sexy in a lacy LBD, but it was Morena, who plays Jessica Brody, the long-suffering wife of Congressman Nicholas Brody, in Homeland, who really pulled out the stops.

She looked immaculate in sleeveless white gown, completing her dramatic look with a slick of red lipstick.

Other attendees included Sally Field, who will go up against Adams in the best supporting actress category for her role in Lincoln.

In a new interview with British GQ, alongside a sexy photoshoot, Morena admitted she had no idea how long she will be staying in the show, adding that 'no-one is safe' from the wrath of the writers' pens.

She said: 'I don’t know! I’ve asked and harassed but I haven’t gotten any information.

'But I don’t think anyone is safe...'

Morena's admission comes after a shocking finale to the second series of the show, which saw a bomb go off inside the CIA headquarters, apparently killing many of the programme's main characters including David Estes (played by David Harewood).

However, even if Morena does find herself cut from the show, which stars Damian Lewis as her on-screen husband, she has already thought about her next career move.

Asked what else she envisions in her acting future, Morena replied: 'I would love to be a Bond girl.

'That is on my bucket list, definitely.'

She's spent the last four days soaking up the sun while she shoots her latest music video in Thailand. 

And Rita Ora made sure to make the most of her time in the picturesque country by opting for a spot of sight-seeing on top of an elephant.

Exploring her surroundings and getting up close and personal with a spot of local wildlife, the 22-year-old singer admitted her time in Thailand - which has also seen her hang out with rapper Snoop Lion - had been a 'surreal' experience.

Writing on her Twitter page, she said: 'Before I go home these past 4 days have been surreal thank you for makin me see the difference #honor snoop.'

Although the Kosovan-born star's elephant encounter looked charming from her Instagram pictures, Rita admitted she had 'never been so scared' in all her life. 

She tweeted: 'We ride elephants.....#crazy wassup,

Although perhaps Rita would have been a little more successful in her endeavours if she had worn a more practical outfit, with the platinum blonde choosing white hotpants, a matching blazer, a sheer white mesh vest and visible bralet for her animal encounter. 

In spite of the star departing Thailand for her native UK, she seemed excited about the prospect of her upcoming tour. 

She tweeted: 'On my way home we got a tour to do! #RadioactiveTour I can't wait for you to see the new merch!!!!! So excited. Rehearsals are a go!'

Earlier in the week, Rita treated her Twitter followers to a snap of her wearing a golden oriental headress as she relaxed in a swimming pool. 

In a lilac tank top and white bikini bottoms, Rita married the east and the west through her quirky take on fashion.

Her first sultry pose was undisturbed, but the second was photo bombed by her friend and image consultant Kyle De'volle.

Clearly the cloudy sky didn't mean the temperature had dropped too much, with the pair cooling off in the pool after shooting scenes for her new music video.

Earlier in the day, the Hot Right Now singer had posted a photo of herself in costume heading to the  idyllic warm beaches of Thailand for her shoot.

Her hair was in a tight ponytail plaited down to her waist where it practically touched the band of her Eastern inspired maxi-skirt.

On her trip, Rita also got to hang out with one of the coolest music legends in history, Snoop Lion.

The 22-year old shared a candid snap of herself lying draped across a beach as the rapper crouched over her holding a stick.

Never one to settle in the shade, Rita made sure she was the centre of attention by showing off her svelte body in a white two piece bikini.

As she lay seductively on the sand wearing a green shirt she looked at the camera through her sunglasses and added the caption: 'Boooom #boddybambambam #tornapart :)'.

It is thought that Rita and Snoop, 41, have been collaborating on a track for her next album, and boddybambambam could be the name of the single.

The pair obviously get on very well as Snoop even took the time to write Rita's name in the sand for the friendly photograph.

The How We Do singer made quite an entrance to Thailand after arriving in a full leather ensemble complete with a veil and some rather quirky spectacles.

Although it seems the blonde singer cheered up considerably after landing in the tropics, her second break in as many months as she only jetted back from sunny Dubai in January.

Rita had her hair pulled back and posed as though she was going to dive into her pool, although in strappy high heels, that may have been difficult.

The star is now heading back to the UK ahead of her Radioactive tour.
