And former Tumble star Lucy Mecklenburgh ended it by releasing the incredible images to accompany her new Results With Lucy work out videos with a back drop of still rings and a pommel horse.

The flexible 23-year-old showed off her incredible form and even her latest skill, the splits, which she says is 'the sexiest move a girl can do' when it comes to her new-found discipline.

The brunette beauty looks simply exquisite in a series of black and white shots that see her strip down to her familiar Tumble leotards.

In one image, Lucy elongates her frame in a pair of towering stilettos as she reveals her pert derriere in a gymwear two piece and a high-fashion editorial wet hair look.

Proving that she's honed her finalist skills from an impressive stint on Tumble, Lucy shows off her splits in one picture, perfectly presenting her suitability as a personal fitness instructor.

Of the images, Lucy said: 'I have always, always wanted to do the splits. Let's face it, it's the sexiest move a girl can do when it comes to gymnastics! And now I can!

Following her impressive stint on Tumble, which saw her reach the final showdown, the former TOWIE star now calls herself an online fitness entrepreneur.

Lucy has launched her own range of unique workout videos to enable viewers to master the gymnastics discipline but also with the ultimate goal of achieving a body like Lucy's.

Aside from her fantastic physique and new-found passion for gymnastics, Lucy also has Tumble to thank for a possible new romance.

The star posted a picture of her cuddling up to one-time Tumble judge Louis Smith on Sunday morning, appearing to confirm reports that she had been on a 'string of dates' with the Olypmic Bronze medalist.

This Christmas Louis was crowned champion of the Strictly Come Dancing ballroom for a second time when he returned for the festive special, proving his own impressive fitness credentials.

Lucy enjoying a fleeting romance with TV presenter Gethin Jones, with whom she said the dating was poorly timed.

They're rumoured to have enjoyed a 'string of dates' and former TOWIE star Lucy Mecklenburgh and gymnast Louis Smith appear to have cemented their new relationship.

Lucy posted an intimate picture of the two of the two of them to her Instagram account, captioning it with the words, 'Sunday snuggles' - the pair met when she competed on talent show, Tumble.

In the snap, Louis has his eyes closed with a made-up Lucy gazes wistfully at the camera while they both wear matching black ensembles.

The snap comes just after Louis won Strictly Come Dancing for the second time during the Christmas special.

The 25-year-old competed against fellow contestants from previous series - Rachel Stevens, Lisa Riley, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Chris Hollins and Russell Grant - in the TV special.

Smith, who partnered professional Aliona Vilani, was crowned King of the Christmas Ballroom after earning a perfect score of 40 points from the judges for a quickstep, to the song Jingle Bells.

The gymnast, who was Strictly champion in 2012, lifted the Christmas Silver Star trophy after the score from the judges was combined with the vote from the studio audience in the BBC One show.

Lucy and Louis are said to have met while filming the BBC gymnastics show, which will not return after ending in September, and pals they had lots of chemistry.

‘There were lots of rumours about Louis and Lucy when he was judging Tumble and she was a contestant,’ a source told The Sun’s TV Biz. ‘It’s true they were flirting but nothing happened.’

The pal claims fitness nut Lucy, 23, initially ruled out the possibility of romance with the Olympic silver and bronze medalist, 25, because at 5ft 10in he is considerably shorter than the towering 6ft 2in she normally goes for.

The source explained: ‘Louis got with someone straight after Tumble but they split and he bumped into Lucy. She must have forgotten about his size because sparks flew and they started dating.

'The way things are looking they could be together for a long time.'

Posting on Instagram in November, Louis shared a black and white snap of himself with Lucy, who nuzzles into his chest.

The accompanying caption reads: 'Look who I found.. @lucymeck1 . She looks just as good in a dress as she does in a leotard #tumble.'

Lucy’s reported dates with Louis come shortly after a short-lived romance with Welsh TV presenter Gethin Jones.

Lucy and Gethin - who was previously engaged to opera singer Katherine Jenkins - were first linked to each other back in August, before being spotted holding hands while on a date the following month.

But although they have called time on their fleeting romance for now, the Essex-based boutique owner insisted she and Gethin have remained friends.

Speaking in an interview with new! magazine, Lucy said: 'We’re not dating. We went out a few times a while ago but it was bad timing for both of us.

'I was so busy after Tumble and he travels a lot, so it wasn’t the best time.'

Insisting she and Gethin were never 'official', Lucy added: '[We're in touch] as friends. He’s the nicest guy. It was a mutual thing.'

Lucy was previously engaged to her TOWIE co-star Mario Falcone, and enjoyed brief romances with Mark Wright and The Wanted hunk Max George.

Meanwhile, Louis most-recently dated ex-TOWIE star Pascal Craymer, who had a fleeting romance with Lucy's ex, Mario.

She has spent the past few days soaking up the Dubai sun, but on Saturday, Lucy Mecklenburgh swapped her bikini for a demure number at the launch of her new fragrance, Wings.

Dressed in a peach peplum number, the former TOWIE star was unable to hide her smile as she mingled with fans at her boutique in Brentwood, Essex.

The figure-hugging dress, which featured a heart-shaped neckline, showcased her deep golden tan in all its glory, while she stood tall in a classy pair of black heels.

She wore her luscious brunette locks in loose curls, and defined her big brown eyes with heavy eyeliner, taupe shadow and added a slick of pink lip gloss on her pout.

Lucy appears to following in the same footsteps as former co-star Sam Faiers, who recently launched her own perfume, La Bella.

‘It's a dream come true to have my own fragrance. As a little girl growing up I could never imagine having my own perfume,’ she told Reveal Magazine.

‘I've worked really hard for months on it and I'm really proud of it. It smells gorgeous and the butterfly bottle is just adorable, I love it!’

Meanwhile, her sighting comes after returning home from the Middle East following the revelation that she has split from TV presenter Gethin Jones.

She explained the situation by saying that their brief romantic union was 'bad timing' for both of them.

Fans have been telling Lucy Mecklenburgh for weeks that she and her Tumble partner Billy George would make a great couple.

While shooting down their hopes by insisting that they are just friends, the TOWIE beauty seems to enjoy teasing her Twitter followers about how close both she and her gymnastics pal are both on and off screen.

After enjoying a string of nights out together recently, the 23-year-old posted a very revealing picture of her and Billy on Monday.

Looking very glamorous in the snap, Lucy was wearing just a shimmering sequin and mesh leotard as she cosied up to her athletic friend.

Meanwhile, he was shirtless and proudly showcasing his impressive six pack as the pair took a break from Tumble rehearsals.

The two are no doubt putting their all into practising this week as they narrowly avoided being booted off the BBC One show on Saturday.

Lucy found herself in the bottom two with the judges giving her just 28/50 for her performance, which they described as ‘not strong enough’.

However, after being saved in the head-to-head vault competition with actor John Partridge, she and Billy are now set for the semi-finals.

When the two found out that they weren't being sent home on Saturday, they headed out straight after the show and celebrated with a tipsy night out in London.

Lucy of course was quick to take to her Twitter account to post pictures of their evening.

She then later posted: 'Dinner at @coyarestaurant with everyone! ... Me & @BillyJacques can't stop smiling. So happy!!!

'I'm over the moon I'm still in Tumble! I really wasn't ready to leave the competition, Thanks for all your support!'

Billy and Lucy’s night out on Saturday follows a strong of get-togethers the pair have enjoyed as of late.

Over the last few weeks, they have been spotted enjoying dinner at Wagamamas, heading out for drinks in Lucy's native Brentwood and he was even seen going back to her house.

He also organised a surprise birthday party for the Essex girl with all her friends last week.

Unfortunately for fans who are hoping there is more to these two than just friendship, Billy is currently dating So You Think You Can Dance star Bethany Rose Harrison.

Noticeably though, Bethany failed to publicly tweet her support for her boyfriend and his partner on Saturday when they secured their place in the Tumble semi-finals.

She did however manage to find the time to tweet about her love for DJ Calvin Harris.

And it seems Lucy Mecklenburgh may have already had a spray tan in preparation as she looked particularly bronzed as she attended the GiveMeSport Magazine party on Wednesday.

The former TOWIE star highlighted her glow wearing an eye-catching pastel frock, which fluttered around her toned calves as she arrived at exclusive venue Library in Central London for the event.

The frock featured cut-out sections around her slim waist, as well as keyhole section that made the most of her impressive figure.

While the straps were a pale green the bodice section of the dress was blue with a sheer plunge and the skirt featured both the colours in panels.

Lucy, who runs her own fitness website, accessorised with a silver and white clutch bag and matching heels.

Her brunette hair, which is currently a bob, was styled in loose waves and she accentuated her pretty features with dark eyeliner.

Lucy is just one of the 10 celebrities who have signed up to take part in the new BBC One Saturday night entertainment show.

H from Steps, Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding, EastEnders actor John Partridge, Sugababes star Amelle Berrabah, Loose Women presenter Andrea Mclean, Wolfblood's Bobby Lockwood, fitness legend Mr Motivator and Dynasty actress Emma Samms will all be showing off their moves on the gym mats.

Meanwhile the pretty TV star wasn’t the only famous face to attend the magazine launch.

Danny Cipriani, who is the magazine’s first cover star, made sure to show his support for the venture which states it was ‘created to provide an alternative approach; an insight and depiction of athleticism that you won’t find elsewhere in traditional sporting media.’

English athlete Jade Johnson took the opportunity to show off her impressive abs in a pale embroidered crop top.

Other sports stars included footballer Shaun Batt and boxer Leon McKenzie, who features in the first issue of the magazine.

It wasn’t just those known for their athletic prowess who attended – TV presenters Ashley James and Zoe Hardman.

Vogue Williams, who is married to Brian McFadden, looked stunning for the occasion wearing a black skirt and black crop top.

Guests at the event were treated to Iordanov 'Give Me Sport' vodka cocktails, Bobby's Beer and a delicious array of canapes.

Top of the crops: Vogue showcased her toned and tanned abs in her black cropped vest and pleated midi-skirt, while injecting a bolt of colour to her look with the addition of a pair of vibrant yellow silk stilettos
