Earlier this week she shocked her fans with pictures of her gruelling pregnancy workout routine.
So it was good to see Kelly Rowland taking a breather on Saturday as she took to a windswept beach to relax.
The 33-year-old shared two sunny photos on her Instagram, looking in very high spirits.

The former Destiny's Child cut a casual but stylish figure in ripped denim shorts and black bikini top.
She covered up in a black off-the-shoulder knitted tunic and gazed down as she walked towards the camera, arms swinging by her side in a carefree manner.
In another shot, she donned large black cat-eye sunglasses and stood side-on in the shallow waves, showing-off the silhouette of her growing baby bump.

Her cute pixie cropped hair shone in the sun and she accessorised with dainty diamond earrings.
Meanwhile, the singer posted images of herself on Friday working up a sweat in a Los Angeles gym.
And she didn't let caution hold her back as she balanced on a ball and walked sideways on a treadmill.
One image showed Kelly wearing grey and white patterned workout leggings and only a grey training bra, putting her bare bump on display.

She wore a Nike cap and Nike sneakers, taken from what must be a very trendy workout wardrobe.
With her biceps flexed to pull down on elastic ropes positioned by her studly trainer, Kelly balanced on half a fit ball, ensuring she made optimal use of her core strength.
The star seemed very focused, which was a good thing because her trainer didn't look like he was about to let her go easy.
In another snap uploaded by Kelly, she can be seen walking sideways on a treadmill, this time with a white tank gently hugging her baby bump.

Once again, the Dilemma singer looked seriously focused with her trainer on her tail ready to encourage her if she slacked off.
But if her fit physique is anything to go by, it is clear that Kelly has been doing anything but slacking off.
The fit beauty is in excellent shape, and proved as much by helping a local charity build houses in a disadvantaged neighborhood last weekend.
Kelly was spotted in Compton, California, working with non profit organization Habitat For Humanity and she looked happy to be involved in the good cause.

Kelly and her manager husband Tim Witherspoon have been together since 2011, got engaged in December and married last month in Costa Rica.
Beyonce and her sister Solange were among the guests at the intimate event.
'Perfect. Perfect day,' Kelly told Us of the hush-hush nuptials.
She revealed her pregnancy on June 10 by way of an Instagram post.
