Love and marriage! Katharine McPhee Smashes it as maid of honour at her sister's wedding

She looked beautiful, radiant and glowing on one of the happiest days of her life.
And that was just the maid of honour, as Smash actress Katharine McPhee did her duty for her older sister's wedding.
Gorgeous and ethereal, the 28-year-old actress and singer, was incredibly careful not to upstage the bride, her older sister Adriana, on her special day.

But it must have been tough for the guests to take their eyes off the actress in her plunging gown.
The actress, who married Nick Cokas in 2008, looked overjoyed to be part of the proceedings as she grinned for photographs inside the church.
She teamed her pale pink gown with minimal make-up and her long brunette locks were swept away from her face for the ceremony in LA.

The sisters posed up for pictures together in and outside the church showing off their hereditary good looks.
But it was a close call as the actress told her Twitter followers before the trip: ‘What I wanted to say was Hi!! Hope everyone had a gr8 long weekend! I am off to LA tomorrow for many things. One being my Sisters wedding!!
Before boarding she posted on the micro-blogging website: ‘Sitting in non moving traffic is making me really nervous...#gonnamissmyflight’

McPhee and her sister are very close having appeared on the debut of The Dr. Keith Ablow Show on in 2006, to discuss the singer and actress' struggles with bulimia.
She also claimed she was known as the 'pretty but stupid' girl in school because she had trouble reading.
