Victorious: Magician Richard Jones has been crowned the winner of Britain's Got Talent
Elsewhere in the show David Walliams went one step too far as he angered Amanda Holden to such an extreme that she ended up chucking a full glass of water into his face during Saturday night's live final of Britain's Got Talent.
Following Beau Dermott's emotional rendition of Defying Gravity, Amanda was full of emotion as she praised the young star for her performance.
David also showered the talented teenager with compliments, but couldn't resist quipping: 'It's Amanda's final year on the show and it is a lovely way to send her off...'
But the funnyman couldn't get any further with his comments as Amanda leapt up and proceeded to chuck her glass of water into his grinning face.
But David took it all in his stride as he sighed: 'never seen that before!' no doubt referring to Sharon Osbourne's water swilling ways made famous on The X Factor.
Soaking: David Walliams went one step too far as he angered Amanda Holden to such an extreme that she ended up chucking a full glass of water into his face during Saturday night's live final of Britain's Got Talent
Too far? David's latest comment caused Amanda to fly into rage and chuck a glass of water in David's face
Tears and tantrums: Amanda performed in a similar style to that of Sharon Osbourne on The X Factor, who became famous for throwing glasses of water at her fellow judges when she did not agree with their comments
Taking aim: Amanda was spot on with her aim as she chucked the contents of her glass over the cheeky judge
Voice of an angel! Amanda's golden buzzer act Beau Dermott wowed the judges with her emotional rendition of Defying Gravity
The star is used to winding up his fellow judges, and previously accused Alesha Dixon of drinking during the Britain's Got Talent semi-finals.
He was up to his old tricks again as he joked that the contents of her glass should be checked during Saturday night's final.
His sassy comments followed Alexandr Magala's nerve-inducing act - that was so terrifying it had to be pre-recorded.
Cheeky! He cheekily accused Alesha Dixon of drinking during the Britain's Got Talent semi-finals. And David Walliams was up to his old tricks again as he joked that the contents of her glass should be checked during Saturday night's live finals
After the judges watched him perform handstands whilst swallowing a sword and slide down a pole face first into a chainsaw, the group were in such a state of shock that Amanda Holden claimed she needed a drink.
Holding up her mug, the blonde beauty sighed: 'I really wish this was gin...' as David quickly interjected: 'Check Alesha's glass!'
Rolling her eyes, the former Mis-teeq singer squealed: 'Don't start this again!' as they collapsed in a fit of giggles.
Terrifying: Moldovan star Alex's act had the judges watching behind their fingers as he pulled off his death-defying stunts, handcuffing himself as he launched himself down a pole towards a live chainsaw
David first inferred that Alesha was drinking on the job during Wednesday night's semi-final when she alarmed her fellow judges with her erratic behaviour.
After growing bored of act Bespoke Candi - which featured a dancing dinosaur - and slamming her buzzer - a rarity on the live shows - she ran around attempting to bang her hand down on the red buttons of her fellow judges.
Simon exclaimed: 'I don't know what Alesha's problem is?' as David interrupted with: 'She is drinking again, Simon.'
Death-defying: The star risked his life as he plummeted towards the power tool with his hands tied behind his back
Elsewhere on the show, Moldovan star Alex's act had the judges watching behind their fingers as he pulled off his death-defying stunts, handcuffing himself as he launched himself down a pole towards a live chainsaw.
The daredevil also entrusted Amanda to pull the sword out of his throat after he balanced on top of the judges desk with the instrument wedged in his mouth.
'You have serious issues,' Simon said. Explaining it was the most daring display he had ever seen in his history of judging the programme, he added: 'I've never seen anything like it. You pulled off the biggest trick - or the scariest thing yet - for the final.'
