'I learned my lesson': Caroline Flack admits she was devastated by body-shaming comments... as she unveils her gym-honed size 8 figure in new photoshoot
She recently embarked on a mission to get fit, sculpting her body from a size 12 down to a svelte size 8.
And Caroline Flack proudly displayed the results of her incredible transformation in a new photoshoot for Women's Health UK's June issue, showcasing her lean physique in a series of crop tops and white briefs.
In the accompanying interview, the 36-year-old beauty discusses the body-shamers who attacked her on Twitter, and reveals how exercise has changed her mind as much as her body.

Caroline revealed that she's learned the hard way not to read online comments about her looks, confessing that the experience left her feeling very low.
She told the publication: 'I ignored it for a very long time, knowing it was there, which was a weird feeling, like ignoring a bank statement on your table.
'And one time I looked. I’ll never forget what night it was because it felt really sh*t. I learned my lesson not to look.'
The former X Factor judge looks happier and healthier than ever in the sporty editorial spread, posing in simple white cotton pants to show off her gym-honed physique in all its glory.

Flashing a confident grin, Caroline can be seen showing off her flat stomach and shapely legs in an array of casual crop tops.
'I’m nearer the size 8-10 now as my body shape has changed, but it was never my intention to get down to a size 6 or anything', Caroline explained of her transformation.
'I didn’t want to get skinny, just strong. But actually the best thing about all of this is how I feel. I didn’t realise how much it would change my mindset.'
The bubbly brunette says her fitness kick has had a positive effect on her mental health and has helped her relax and unwind.
'Before if I’d had a stressful day I’d go to meet my friends in the pub and have a moan. Now I go to yoga.
'It really suits my head - I’m someone who talks fast, thinks fast, makes decisions fast.
'Now I’m trying to go slower and give myself time before I say yes.'
Caroline is fronting a new WH campaign - #Inshapemyshape – celebrating women's bodies, whatever their size or shape.
