Since winning The X Factor in 2011 they've gone from strength to strength.

Having recently celebrated their fourth anniversary as a band, Little Mix displayed serious squad goals on Wednesday when they performed on America's Got Talent.

Taking to the spotlight for a photocall ahead of the show, the girls stunned as they donned coordinated cheerleader themed ensembles and blew kisses to the cameras.

Each member managed to show off her own individual style while keeping in unison thanks to the chosen colours black, red and white.

Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 23, flashed her abs with a crop top and sequinned skirt, and Perrie Edwards, 22, wore a dazzling black top with a fringed mini. 

Newly engaged Jesy Nelson, 24, opted for lace dress beautified with tasselled shoulder pads while Jade Thirlwall, 22, wore a red leotard with a structured skirt.

For the big performance, which saw them sing Black Magic at Radio City for the first time, the band were joined by finalists from the ninth season of America's Got Talent, AcroArmy.

Following the performance the girls took to their Instagram page to upload a shot of the set with captured some of the dancers mid air as the band stood on a podium.

The caption alongside the image read: 'Thank you, @nbcagt for having us! We had an absolute blast performing #BlackMagic!!'

Meanwhile one very excited fan on Twitter expressed how much he enjoyed the show, which earned him a retweet from the band.

His wrote: 'I'm a corpse. I'm dead. I'm slayed. I'm not living. @LittleMix and @AcroArmy are SLAYING my whole entire life. #LittleMixOnAGT'.

Earlier this year, Little Mix topped the charts with the lead single, Black Magic, from their upcoming third studio album, Get Weird.

Following the success of the song, the group are on a mission to gain another number one thanks to their newly released track, Love Me Like You.

Announcing the news on Twitter, the X Factor champions said: 'We can't wait for you guys to hear the track and also see the video which was shot in LA, and we think you guys are gonna love it.'

Mel B locks lips with herself... then strips to her underwear as she releases first music video for eight years

Releasing a music video after an eight year hiatus can be quite challenging.

But not for Mel B, who came back with a bang, as she released the video for her new single, For Once In My Life.

Fans are sure not to shy away from the former Spice Girl's video, as she strategically featured a scene that captures two girls kissing.

And by two girls, we mean Mel B and herself, Mel B.

Though the scene is pretty strange, it's hard to peel your eyes away from the screen as the America's Got Talent judge leans in to kiss a clone of herself.

But that's not the only enticing part of the video.

In an attempt to prove she's living on the edge, the singer/dancer/reality judge - whose real  name is Melanie Brown - constantly changed her image throughout the video.

The clip begins with the star donning a conservative ensemble as she exits her peaceful home.

But something suddenly comes over the star formerly known as 'Scary' Spice, prompting her to strip down to her bra and underwear, as her sleek hairstyle transforms into a new sassy 'do.

Sticking with a free-spirited theme, Mel B continues to evolve her looks throughout the music video, as she treats the 'world as her dancefloor.'

Next! After having enough of the long locks, she decided to chop them off

Before unveiling the video, the performer teased fans on Sunday night, posting a steamy still on Instagram and Twitter, following Friday's announcement on Ellen of the single and video's imminent release.

The new CD will be the star's third studio album and the first release since 2005. 

Mel unleashed her album Hot in 2000, following with L.A. State of Mind in 2005.

Sunday's sneak peek of the video showed Mel belting out the tune on a smoky street whilst wearing a skin-tight metallic mini dress and black pumps that accentuate her shapely legs, all while a crowd of admirers stand behind her.

Meanwhile, Mel also hinted at a possible Spice Girls reunion 'in the next year or two' during her appearance on Ellen on Friday, telling the talk show host 'I'm gonna make it happen one day.'

Fashion forward: Mel B and husband Stephen Belafonte were in New York last week for Fashion Week

She then laughed about what the other Spice Girls might think of her proclamation, saying 'They're gonna kill me for this.'

The Spice Girls reunited twice in 2012.

In June they appeared together at a London press conference promoting Viva Forever: The Musical, a show based on the group's song catalog. 

That show opened Dec. 11, 2012, to scathing reviews and closed seven months later. 

Together again: Spice girls Victoria Beckham (Posh), Geri Halliwell (Ginger), Emma Bunton (Baby), Melanie Chisholm (Sporty) and Melanie Brown (Scary), reunited for a performace at the London Olympics

In August of that year they performed a medley of their hits Wannabe and Spice Up Your Life at the Summer Olympics closing ceremony in London.

Last week, Mel joined Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin, TV personality Raina Seitel and Mrs. Connecticut 2013 Lori-Ann Marchese at New York Fashion week where they judged the collections created from Subway sandwich wrappers at Project Subway fashion show.

She was also joined in New York by her husband Stephen Belafonte. 

Then, it was back to her day job as judge of NBC's America's Got Talent.
