She won international regard thanks to her role as an alluring slave interpreter in hit HBO show Game Of Thrones.
But nothing was lost in translation on Wednesday afternoon as Nathalie Emmanuel made a stylish appearance at a high-end fashion show in Palm Springs, California.
The 26-year-old actress joined a host of celebrities as French fashion house Louis Vuitton unveiled their Cruise 2016 Resort Collection at a sprawling private residence in the vibrant desert city.

Nathalie, who plays bilingual Missandei in Game Of Thrones, stood out in a sophisticated blue trouser suit comprised of fitted blazer jacket and snug, high-slung trousers that clung to her nicely toned legs.A black semi-sheer top afforded onlookers a generous peek at her matching black bra as she arrived at the outdoor event – where she was joined by guests including Kanye West, Marisa Tomei and Australian model Miranda Kerr.
Strappy black heels completed the ensemble, while a black Louis Vuitton handbag casually hung from her right shoulder.

Essex born Nathalie has enjoyed a meteoric rise since making her TV debut in popular teen soap Hollyoaks as troubled Sasha Valentine in 2006.
After quitting the Channel 4 show in 2010 she made a brief appearance on BBC hospital drama Casualty before landing a plum role on Game Of Thrones, in which she stars alongside Emilia Clarke and heartthrob Kit Harrington.
She's also featured in recently released Furious 7, the latest installment in the Fast & Furious franchise, as peripheral character Ramsey.

The actress was on the red carpet with her loved ones for the film's Hollywood premiere in April, an event also attended by leading men Vin Diesel and Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson.
'So happy to have my family from the UK in LA for the @FastFurious premiere!' she tweeted at the time.
Nathalie will appear season five of Game Of Thrones, which is based on the fantasy book series by George R. R. Martin, but she'll also be seen on the big screen again later this year in The Maze Runner sequel The Scorch Trials.
