Selena Gomez is chic and sophisticated in a Versace pantsuit as she lends her star power to the annual Unlikely Heroes Awards Gala
Selena Gomez displayed her effortlessly chic and sophisticated style as she hit the red carpet at the Sofitel Hotel in Beverly Hills on Saturday night.
Putting her celebrity status to good use, the star stepped out in honour of the 3rd Annual Unlikely Heroes Recognizing Heroes Awards Dinner & Gala, during which she acted as a presenter alongside The Best Of Me star Liana Liberato.
The event, which raises much-needed funds and publicity for child victims of sex slavery, was hosted by The Secret Life Of The American Teenager's Francia Raisa, while it also featured a number of performances, including one by actor-turned-singer Jesse McCartney.

Leading the star-studded arrivals, Selena looked stunning as she displayed her svelte figure in a fitted Versace pantsuit.
The cream number consisted of straight-leg pants that fell to the floor, only just giving a glimpse of her pointy gold stilettos, and a matching blazer.
The jacket was fitted at the midsection and held together with two large gold buttons, with matching button detail on the two faux pockets on either side of her waist.
Gold stitching down the torso accentuated her trim stomach, while the shoulders were adorned with fun embellished detail and gold tassels, creating a circus ringleader-like look.

The star seemingly didn't wear anything underneath the garment, which was cut low in the neckline and revealed a hint of cleavage.
The 22-year-old added some contrasting colour with her onyx manicure.
She wore her long glossy dark brown locks in a sleek low ponytail with a heavy side parting, while her make-up was beautifully applied, with sun-kissed bronze skin and a matching hue on her lips, dark smoky eyes and lashings of mascara accentuating her eyes.
'I want to thank Francia [Raisa],' Selena said onstage while presenting an award to Erica Greve, the founder & CEO of Unlikely Heroes.

The 26-year-old actress sizzled in a '50s-style gown featuring a black lace bodice with capped sleeves and sexy sheer detail, with a low-cut back, that flowed out from the thighs into a soft chiffon skirt that was an onyx ombre effect with daring slit up one leg.

Performer Jesse McCartney was rocking his signature style in black jeans and boots, a white shirt, grey tie with white spotted design and a funky black velvet blazer.
The 27-year-old happily walked the carpet arm-in-arm with girlfriend Katie Peterson.

Also making an appearance was fellow singer JoJo - real name Joanna Levesque.
The 23-year-old looked striking in a slinky black gown featuring silver embellishments down the centre of the chest and on the arm holes, while full-length sheer sleeves with black lace on the cuffs completed the ensemble.
She too wore her brunette tresses in a sleek updo with side parting and went for dramatic smoky eyes and pretty pink lips.
