The Saturdays and other celebrities support Heart FM's charity telethon

She's a lioness! The Saturdays' Vanessa White rocks some VERY big hair at charity telethon with J.Lo-style 'do

As one of The Saturdays, Vanessa White usually lets her thick, curly hair flow naturally.
However, as she arrived for Heart FM's charity telethon in London on Friday, the youngest bandmember was rocking a very different look.
The 23-year-old was sporting a curly, beehive-style look reminiscent of the one sported by Jennifer Lopez at the 2002 Oscars.

Although Vanessa's hair wasn't quite as big as J.Lo's, it was certainly a more high-maintenance do for the normally more laidback Saturday.
She teamed her 'do with a black jacket, pink scarf, skinny jeans and a pair of knee-high platform boots.
Meanwhile, her bandmate Mollie King, 25, was keen to keep up her high-fashion persona, as she arrived in a pair of skintight black trousers and a tan and black leather jacket.

Like Vanessa, Mollie gave herself a height boost with a pair of suede platform shoe boots and carried an oversized handbag.
Also arriving to the man the phones for the Have A Heart appeal were their bandmates Rochelle Humes, Una Healy and Frankie Sandford.
Pregnant Rochelle, who is due to give birth to her first child in May, kept warm in a large leather fur-trimmed coat and leather-look leggings.

Meanwhile, Una was going for a rockier look in skinny jeans, blue blouse and ankle boots.
Fortunately, it looked like Mollie had missed an encounter with ex-boyfriend Andy Brown, who also attended the telethon with his band Lawson earlier that day.
Mollie and Andy dated for two years until they split in 2011 - shortly before Mollie started dating male model David Gandy.

Also taking part in the Have A Heart Appeal were Beth Tweddle, Alan Carr, Debra Stephenson, Jon Culshaw, Dani Harmer, Warwick Davis, Amelia Lily, Brian Conley and Louis Smith.
This year's Have a Heart Appeal is raising money for three charities - Starlight Children's Foundation, Make-A-Wish Foundation UK and Rays of Sunshine Children's Charity. who hope to make seriously ill children's wishes come true.

Emma Bunton announced as Jamie Theakston's new Heart co-host for morning slot

Spicing up breakfast! Emma Bunton announced as Jamie Theakston's new Heart co-host for morning slot

Emma Bunton has been announced as Jamie Theakston's new co-host on London's Heart Breakfast show.
The Spice Girls star, who already hosts The Saturday Show on the network, will be joining Jamie in the morning slot from January 7th - replacing former co-presenter Harriet Scott, who left the station last month.
As the news was revealed, mother-of-two Emma said of the new role: 'I am so excited to be joining Heart Breakfast! Jamie and I have known each other for years so it'll be great spending each morning with him chatting, laughing and playing great music.
'We are looking forward to sharing the fun with everyone!'

And Global Radio's director of broadcasting Richard Park said: "We are thrilled that Emma is bringing girl power to Heart Breakfast.
'Jamie and Emma have been friends for a long time and have a great natural chemistry that Londoners are going to love.'
It was also announced on Monday that actress-turned-radio presenter JoAnne Good is taking over Danny Baker's afternoon show on BBC London 94.9 - a month after he quit live on on air and branded BBC bosses 'pinheaded weasels'.

Good, who starred in ITV soap Crossroads and presented the late show on the station, started covering the afternoon slot in November but has now been named as its permanent host.
Baker, who also broadcasts on 5Live on Saturday mornings, quit on November 1 with a two-hour rant complaining about the pay his co-hosts were given and saying he hoped the decision-makers 'choked' on their abacus beads.
The London station also announced that former GMTV presenter Penny Smith is joining Paul Ross on its Breakfast Show from next year.
Smith, who replaces Gaby Roslin, said: 'I am thrilled to be working at BBC London 94.9. As one of the few people I know who genuinely loves to get up at 4am, I also couldn't have asked for a better show.'
The station's managing editor, David Robey, said Smith, who started her career on the Peterborough Evening Telegraph before moving into television, would be 'a fantastic addition' to the line-up.
