She's known for her chic sense of style both on and off the red carpet.

And Selena Gomez was certain to put on her very own fashion show on Saturday as she wore two eye-catching ensembles while in Miami Beach, Florida.

The soon-to-be 22-year-old, her birthday is on July 22, wore a revealing playsuit for the first half of the day before swapping it out for ripped denim and a plunging top.

The star wore her second outfit of the day while being escorted by a security officer as she headed to a departing flight at the Miami airport.

Selena completed her travel ensemble with a black vest as she balanced in suede leather boots.

Earlier in the day she was spotted with Spring Breakers director Harmony Korine as she met up with him on Saturday in Miami Beach, Florida.

For the meeting she sported the aforementioned playsuit, which had the back portion unzipped.

The unzipping appeared to be in response to the summer heat, although the Come & Get It singer did still wear suede ankle boots as she tied her long brunette hair back in a messy knot.

Hiding her highly recognisable face behind a pair of aviator sunglasses, Selena smiled as she kept pace with the director.

The scruffy 41-year-old donned simple blue jeans, a T-shirt, and brightly coloured trainers for the outing.

Selena was previously in Florida, in the town of St. Petersburg, to film Spring Breakers in 2012 and the actress may have connected with Harmony to discuss the upcoming sequel Spring Breakers: The Second Coming.

The new film, however, will not be directed or scripted by Korine to the outrage of fellow Breakers star James Franco.

Taking to his Instagram account to vent his frustration, the 36-year-old highlights that the new project has nothing to do with the original film's director Harmony Korine.

He fumed: 'This is not being done with Harmony Korine or my consent. The original was wholly Harmony‘s creation and these producers are capitalizing on that innovative film to make money on a weak sequel.'

Adding: 'I want everyone to know that whoever is involved in the sequel is jumping on board a poison ship. It will be a terrible film, with a horrible reason d’être: to make money off someone else’s creativity.'

'Can you imagine someone making the sequel to Taxi Driver without Scorcese and DeNiro‘s consents? Insanity! I’m speaking up for Harmony and his original vision and for any creative person who cares about preserving artistic integrity.'

There have been countless sequels to successful films that do not have any creative input from the makers behind the originals.

Examples include the straight-to-DVD titles such as Mean Girls 2, and the Mila Kunis starring American Psycho II: All American Girl.

But interestingly, Spring Breakers: The Second Coming has been written by Trainspotting author Irvine Welsh, and is set to be directed by Jonas Akerlund.

Akerlund is known for his groundbreaking musical videos for artists such as The Prodigy and Madonna, and directed the feature film Spun.

The fact that the sequel is being taken on by creative talents such as Welsh and Akerlund, make James Franco's comments all the more scathing.

Lupita Nyong'o is turning into quite the leading lady on the red carpet.

The 12 Years a Slave star dazzled in a sleek body hugging white and pale blue dress at the Los Angeles Film Critics Awards on Saturday.

With a gorgeous smile, the 30-year-old actress paired her chic frock with a metallic clutch and a pair of lavender heels.

Her short hair showed off her flawless face which was accented with purple lipstick and a big pair of lilac earrings with matching nail polish.

Earlier in the day, the Kenyan actress wore a printed blue and purple dress to a pre-Golden Globes party for DuJour magazine's Great Performances issue, for which she is the cover girl.

She then made her way into a different printed ensemble to attend the 2014 Film Independent Filmmaker Grant And Spirit Awards Nominees Brunch in West Hollywood.

Other stars in attendance included James Franco, Dallas Buyers Club Jared Leto, Before Midnight's Julie Delpy and French actress Adele Exarchopoulos.

The 19-year-old ingenue displayed her pale arms in the chic halter onesie, which she paired with swirly peep-toe kitten heels.

Dakota attended the Terrazza Maserati event to promote her film Night Moves, which premiered at the Palazzo del Cinema Saturday.

She's made a name for herself as one of Hollywood's squeaky clean rising stars after breakout performances in Mamma Mia! and Mean Girls.

But Amanda Seyfried has embraced her darker side for eagerly-awaited new biopic Lovelace, posing topless in a number of newly released promotional stills for the film.

Admitting that her first thought after signing on to the project was 'this could ruin my career', the star has now admitted that the controversial nude scenes made her feel liberated.

The 27-year-old actress, who plays former porn star Linda Lovelace in the forthcoming film, certainly looks like she's shrugged off her inhibitions as she posed for the camera.

Getting into character as the star of Deep Throat, which is known as the most famous X-rated film of all time, the young actress throws her arms above her head as she smiles sweetly.

Speaking to The Sunday Times Magazine, she said: 'This is the riskiest thing that's happening in Hollywood right now.'

Provocative: The actress, who is better known for her more wholesome roles, admitted that she was worried about how the part would affect her career

She went on to admit that she was worried that accepting the controversial role would be career suicide for her, saying: 'The first thing you think about is that it could ruin my career.'

The role required that Amanda go topless in a number of scenes, boldly baring all as she attempted to recreate the life of the porn star turned activist.

But while she may have been concerned about the racy scenes at first, the A-lister admitted that she became unfazed by it.

'It's funny, because I felt liberated when I was doing it. I'm sure people that are very protective of me wouldn't feel very comfortable with that, but it's like, what's the big deal?' she said.

The Big Love actress donned a brunette curly wig to play the title role in the biopic about porn star Linda Lovelace.

Seyfried recently revealed that she had fun simulating oral sex on her co-star Peter Sarsgaard, who plays her husband-turned pimp Chuck.

'The simulations were fun to shoot!' she told Vanity Fair.

'Because they are ridiculous at the end of the day. So fun! I mean, I had a popsicle. That was my idea. It was melting all over him.'

James Franco and Sienna Miller took a drive in the BMW i3 at the electric car's launch event in London last night (July 29).

The Hollywood stars slipped into the front seats of the £25,000 (£38,282) vehicle after officially unveiling it at a party in Old Billingsgate Market on the banks of the Thames.
The pair cuddled up next to each other and laughed like old friends as they explained the car's features, which include its own bespoke smartphone app and a hi-tech aluminium and carbon fibre plastic chassis.

Speaking at the launch, Miller revealed that she has become more conscious of environmental issues after having daughter Marlow with husband Tom Sturridge last July.

She said: "I've been involved in all sorts of different green charities for a decade now, and having had a daughter recently I feel incredibly responsible and we all have to make those choices for the next generation. It's very close to my heart."

Franco, meanwhile, stated the BMW i3 is "just cool", before assuring potential buyers that it is "not so big that you'll have problems parking".
