Cuoco went into detail about the series of procedures she's undergone, and how it paid dividends in boosting her self-esteem.
'Years ago, I had my nose done,' she said. 'And my boobs - best thing I ever did. Recently I had a filler in a line in my neck I’ve had since I was 12.'
Kaley continued, 'I don’t think you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing.'

Kaley said that the moist, humid environment hot yoga provides also paves the way to an emotional release if need be.
'I’ve cried numerous times in yoga,' she said. 'The best part is I’m sweating so bad no one can tell.'
She said that while she can be sluggish to do it when she wakes up every morning, she feels 'like a million bucks' when she's done.

Kaley said that while keeping in shape 'used to be so easy,' she's made the proper adjustments taking aging into consideration: 'Bottom line is, you know, I’m not 21 anymore. Now, it’s part of my day - working out is part of my day, eating right is part of my day.'
Kaley, whose currently dating equestrian Karl Cook, said that while she does her best to focus on fitness via diet and exercise, she won't hesitate to let loose should a craving hit. She told the magazine,  'Tonight I’ll be going to In-N-Out (a West Coast-based fast-food chain) and doing one of their grilled cheeses, massive fries, and a shake. That’d be a cheat for me.'
In the comprehensive interview, Kaley also reveals the hidden benefits of horseback riding, how she recovered from a painful divorce and where she sees her career headed next. Women’s Health's December issue hits newsstands November 24.

And the MTV favourite spilled the details of her impressive fitness regime, which involves running and Bikram yoga at 6.30am most days.
'Running is good for clearing your head. I find if I'm stressed about something, I just go for a run,' the presenter said.
'Mentally, running is good for me. Whenever I go away, I'll throw a pair of trainers in my bag.'
And while running takes care of Laura's fitness levels, she swears by Bikram yoga for relieving anxiety and promoting overall wellbeing – she goes to a north London studio near her home most mornings.
'I'm there at 6.30am and I'm addicted. I started four years ago and, honestly, if I don't go I feel terrible.'

All that exercise has surely helped Laura's performance on Strictly, as she has been consistently high on the leaderboard.
On Saturday night however, the model struggled to fight back tears after an awkward timing issue during her samba to the Gipsy Kings' Bamboleo with partner Giovanni Pernice.
Squinting her eyes and sighing 'sorry' to her partner, Laura looked crestfallen as she listened to the judges' comments.
Luckily, the starlet had no need to be worried, as her passionate performance earned her a respectable 32 points from the judges.

Attempting to console her, Len Goodman exclaimed: 'She is a star,' but added: 'I'd have liked [to see] a little more Laura than Giovanni!'
He also disagreed with the pace in music as he explained: 'You sacrificed technique to give us impact.'
Bruno Tonioli was full of praise, as he shouted: 'It really sizzled, you gave everything, got everyone going.'
