As far as girl bands go they've never been big fans of coordinating outfits.
Instead as Little Mix arrived at Capital Radio in Newcastle on Wednesday, each member showed off her individual style in summer ready ensembles.
Leading the way, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 23, wowed in a white floral jumpsuit which featured a plunging neckline and cut-outs down the side.

Standing tall, Leigh-Anne teamed the wide legged trouser suit with a pair of suede chunky grey heeled sandals.
Wearing her brunette hair in a large plait, Pinnock accessorised with large hooped earrings and several other pieces of jewellery while opting for simple makeup.
Meanwhile Jesy Nelson, also 23, put her legs on display as she went bohemian chic for the outdoor radio performance.

Jesy teamed the all-in-one, that was beautified with an eyelash lace hem, with knee high leather boots as her hair cascaded down her shoulders in loose curls.
Jazzing up her outfit, Nelson rocked a multi-layered rust silver necklace and various rings.
Also showing off her pins, Jade Thirlwall, 22, donned a contrast burgundy mini dress with a black fedora and brogues.

Currently locked into a busy promo schedule for their new single Black Magic, Thursday will see the girls in Leeds, Doncaster and Sheffield.
