There is not a day that goes by that this star is not working out.

But all that sweat equity has certainly led to some serious dividends as Kaley Cuoco was on fire on Wednesday night.

The 30-year-old sizzled at the 24th and Final A Night at Sardi's To Benefit the Alzheimer's Association in Los Angeles, California, first on the carpet and then on the stage.

While the actress has been slipping a little when it comes to red carpet style of late, the Big Bang Theory star turned things around at the event.

Kaley sizzled as she walked the carpet in a slinky sequined red dress which made sure to show off plenty of skin.

The floor length gown featured a plunging neckline from which the actress showed off her cleavage.

The dress then cut away providing the perfect showcase for her defined abs and slender waistline.

The star - who recently split from her husband - gets a sweat session in every day but mixes her workouts up to include everything from Pilates to hikes and horse riding.

With her gown - and the physique it encased - already making such an impact , Kaley kept the rest of her outfit rather simple.

Kaley was not the only one to embrace a fiery shade of red with Grace Potter dazzling in a red long sleeve dress with a plunging neckline.

While the colour red stole the show, blue and its various hues was the shade of the night.
