It was revealed the pop star is suing her rapper ex for libel, slander and defamation.
As news of the court case reached fever pitch, sources close to the rapper told TMZ that he is stunned at the case as she has reportedly slammed him too - pointing to lyrics on her 2015 platinum selling hit, I Bet - which he claims he could have sued her for.
On Monday, thejasminebrand.com revealed the singer was demanding $15million in damages from the father of her son, who is also named Future.

The singer filed the lawsuit against Future in Georgia Court on January 21, accusing him of making 'several false and defamatory statements' in the press over the past year about her and her ability to be a mother to their son Future Jr.
However despite any concerns Ciara may have had she was still able to perform at the gathering a sing her best.
