Lea Michele and Glee cast reveal they cried during final filming

The actresses chatted animatedly with one another, while also joined by actress Alessandra Torresani, who was spring chic in a white blouse tucked into a flared pale yellow skirt, with bright pink heels.

Becca, who played cheerleader Kitty Wilde in Glee from 2012 to 2015, seems to be moving on gracefully from the death of her boyfriend Matt Bendik in July 2014.

The nightclub owner was found dead by a maid in a room at the Hotel Monaco in Philadelphia.

In August, Becca broke her silence on his passing, writing on Instagram: 'Thank you all for the love and support. Matt was the most extraordinary man I knew and he will live in my heart forever.'

Meanwhile, Jenna and Becca are no longer co-stars, now that their long-running musical comedy show has come to an end after six years and six seasons.

Bidding each other and the show farewell was not an easy task, with Jenna and Lea Michele sharing how emotional they became during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show last month.

Getting goofy: Jenna and Alessandra posed for photos in the photo booth, wearing giant sunglasses

Lea revealed: 'We cried so hard that they actually cut. We are loud criers, me and Jenna, it was like our vocal cords!'

Describing the moment they were overcome, co-star Darren Criss said: 'We were watching Matt Morrison sing us all a song so we were very much in our own world experiencing this.

'And one take they pulled a fast one on us, they took Matt out of it and put basically the entire crew and production there looking at us.'

Jenna interjected: 'It's as if you take every family member and friend that you've ever loved and that you have to say goodbye to and put them all in front of you at once.'

Fun in the sun: Becca shared this snap, with the caption, 'No party is complete without a photo booth. #junemoss'

Grateful: Becca wrote with this image, 'Such an amazing event today for #JuneMoss and #Banksstyle with @sophiabanksc. Thank you @brownstonedesigns for planning the most spectacular party!!!!'

For the fifth time now, the core cast of Glee have posed for cast shots to promote the new season.

But the co-creator of the show, Ryan Murphy, has revealed that this will be the penultimate time they do so after confirming Glee will end after its sixth season.

Lea Michele is seen in character as Rachel Berry, posing in a blue top and black kilt while her co-stars since the first season, such as Naya Rivera, Chris Colfer, Jane Lynch and Matthew Morrison follow suit.

Rachel Berry is back: The cast shots for the fifth season of Glee have been released and Lea Michele looks great

The cast shot also features the newer faces at McKinley High, such as Kitty, played by Rebecca Tobin, Jake played by Jacob Artist, and Marley, played by Melissa Benoist.

Glee suffered a massive blow when Cory Monteith, who played one of the lead characters Finn Hudson, died suddenly and tragically in July following a heroin and alcohol overdose.

And Ryan Murphy said on Wednesday that not only will the show’s sixth season will be its last, but he has also had to come up with an alternative ending following Cory’s death.

Number one: Naya Rivera, who plays Santana Lopez, holds up an index finger in her sexy shot

Did you miss me?: Jane Lynch is seen snarling as she returns as villainous cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester

Mr Schue returns... and he's still in a waistcoat: Matthew Morrison smiles warmly at the camera as Will Schuester

‘The final year of the show, which will be next year, was designed around Rachel and Cory/Finn’s story,’ Ryan told Variety at an FX Network Paley Center event.

‘I always knew that, I always knew how it would end. I knew what the last shot was, he was in it. I knew what the last line was, she said it to him.’

He added: ‘So when a tragedy like that happens you sort of have to pause and figure out what you want to do, so we’re figuring that out now.’

Exciting times: Blaine, played by Darren Criss (L) and Kurt, played by Chris Colfer, got engaged at the start of the fifth season

Meow: Becca Tobin is seen in a Cheerios uniform to portray her catty character Kitty Wilde

Tina's all grown up: Jenna Ushkowitz, as Tina Cohen-Chang, looks great in a bright dress for her cast photo

Last week’s episode was a tribute to Cory and saw the characters on the show coming to terms with the death of Finn.

While Cory died on July 13 in a Vancouver, Canada hotel room, it was not disclosed during the episode what the cause of his character’s death was.

The musical show’s ratings have been steadily declining and Cory’s death appears to have sealed its fate.

The New Rachel: Melissa Benoist plays Marley Rose, a similar character to Rachel Berry although a little more shy

Bright young thing: Alex Newell's ensemble for the photo reflected the flamboyancy of his character Wade Adams, otherwise known as Unique

Veteran members: Chord Overstreet is pictured as Sam Evans, who joined in season two, and Kevin McHale is seen as Artie Abrams, who has been in the show since the first season

However the special tribute episode drew in 7.4million viewers and beat the season premiere, which saw 5.06million tune in.

It was highly emotional for both the cast and crew to film and after it aired, Ryan tweeted: ‘Thank you for all the kind words tonight. I miss you, Cory.’

Newcomers: Blake Jenner, who plays Ryder Lynn (L), and Jacob Artist, who plays Jake Puckerman, joined the cast in the fourth season

Coming to an end: Co-creator of Glee Ryan Murphy has revealed that the show's sixth season will be its last

He previously said of the experience: 'I've never seen a crew that can't continue shooting because they've left the room sobbing.'

Meanwhile, Cory’s on and off-screen girlfriend Lea Michele has been throwing herself into her work and is working on her first solo album.

The 27-year-old also recently got a pet dog named Pearl who she shared the first photo of on Tuesday and described as ‘eight years old and my new little love’.

Tragic: Lea and Cory were in a relationship off-screen before Cory died in July of a heroin and alcohol overdose

Tribute: Last week Glee drew in its highest ratings this season with a special episode dedicated to Cory

Sticking together: Lea is seen last week with Ryan and her co-stars Jane Lynch (far left) and Matthew Morrison
