She works hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a toned physique.

And Rosie Huntington-Whiteley showed off her fabulous figure in one of her latest designs for her new Rosie For Autograph lingerie range, launching in M&S this January.

The 28-year-old beauty looks absolutely sensational in the stunning lace bodysuit, displaying her fantastic figure in a new boudoir themed photoshoot.

Rosie ensured she displayed her best assets to their full advantage, showcasing her long legs in the seductive piece before turning around to reveal her pert posterior.

The pretty black number boasts a flattering low back and a French knicker cut to make the most of her toned figure.

WIth her blonde bob coiffed in a bedhead style and her pretty features set off with rosy make-up, Rosie is definitely her own best advertisement for her underwear line.

The Rosie for the Autograph Spring 16 Collection is inspired by dance and movement, with pieces featuring ballet inspired satins and feminine blurred floral prints in a fresh spring colour palette of vintage blush, powder blues and praline hues.

New styles include full lace body with plunge mesh front and new full mesh plunging bra.

Rosie recently opened up to MailOnline about her fitness regime and her tips for staying on the health bandwagon.

She told Femail: 'January can always seem quite a daunting time of year to get back into the gym.

'To keep motivated I find that alternating work outs and mixing interval, low and high intensity training really helps. I love to mix in Pilates and fun dance classes too.

'If you're short on time try skipping - I love it as it gets the heart rate up immediately and works out so many parts of your body. It's a great cardio alternative that also helps tone at the same time.'

Rosie also recommends finding a gym partner, trainer or instructor that really motivates and inspires you, as well as eating a big, healthy breakfast.

'Never miss meals for the sake of saving calories. Breakfast is really important for me and sets me up for the day', she said.

If you ever need proof that a healthy lifestyle can give you the body of your dreams, just take a look at Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's latest lingerie campaign snaps.

The supermodel, who follows a strict clean and lean diet, showcases her super toned body in new imagery to promote her lingerie range for Autograph at M&S.

The 27-year-old models her new summer sleepwear collection, which is full of mix and match pieces featuring sophisticated hues of slate blue and silver with colour pops of peach and floral prints.

Rosie says she was inspired by all things oriental and she also incorporated the vintage glamour trend she does so well each season.

The Devon-born model's latest pieces, featuring pure silk and French designed lace detailing, have been designed to add a touch of luxury to your night’s sleep, says Rosie.

Sharing her views on healthy eating with Cosmopolitan recently, Rosie said: 'I really enjoy food and never deprive myself. I don't believe in fad dieting - I believe in enjoying everything in balance. I travel a lot so I often eat out, but I try to enjoy myself. Nobody wants to be that girl ordering a salad.'

Rosie explains that when she's at home she cooks organic, healthy food, which she says is an investment but a really important one.

She starts the day with a green juice and scrambled eggs with spinach. For lunch and dinner, it's chicken or fish with 'tons of vegetables and salad.'

'It's cover-up, concealer and blusher – and all the products are multipurpose. I put the blush on my lips, cheeks and even my eyes. Those three products serve me well,' she said.

The talented model is also starring in the soon-to-be-released Mad Max - Fury Road, for which the trailer has this week been released.

The film's release date has been brought forward in order to meet public demand for the action thriller.

HOW TO LOOK LIKE ROSIE HUNTINGTON-WHITELEY  

When Rosie is back on home turf, she works out with her personal trainer brother, Toby, who also happens to be a model. Toby shared his top tips with FEMAIL for how to stay trim like his sister.

1. Try to buy and eat organic or free range food whole foods and cut down on processed foods. Fuel yourself properly eat 3 meals a day and drink plenty of water.

2. Try to get your heart rate up at least once a day. If you don’t go to the gym or play sport, maybe you get off the bus or train a stop early and walk at faster pace than normal to your destination, go for a run in the local park or take a fun exercise class with your friends. Exercise should be fun. Find ways that work for you so you can enjoy yourself.

3. Make sure you change your program every 4-6 weeks this help you continue to make progress and stops you from plateauing. Write down your workout programs and progress, this helps you see improvements and keep motivated.

On Wednesday night she stepped out wearing a silk nightgown from her own collection and on Thursday, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley chose a similar look.

The 27-year-old model launched Rosie For Autograph, her first fragrance, at the Marks & Spencer store in London's Oxford Street, wearing a long silk nightie with lace detailing.

Rosie's garment was almost identical to the outfit she wore the night before, the £89 Pure Silk Floral Lace Long Nightdress from her nightwear range.

The flowing cream creation featured just two thin straps and was cut in a deep v behind, leaving her back almost completely bare. 

Her long hair was loose around her shoulders and Rosie proudly clutched her new fragrance. 

Speaking about the perfume, she said: 'My first Rosie for Autograph fragrance is made from the oil of the precious Centifolia Rose.'

Rosie recently spoke about her new perfume venture with the Mail On Sunday's You magazine, revealing it took her around the world.

She met the perfumier in New York and going to the south of France to find the roses.

She said: 'It’s quite a fresh, girlie, sensual smell. The idea was to capture a rose in bloom first thing in the morning.'

However, when it came to the accompanying photoshoot for the advertisements, Rosie shot the campaign in her native Devon.

On Wednesday, Rosie hosted a cocktail party to launch her new product. 

It's a busy time for the actress and model who is set for a return to the big screen in Mad Max: Fury Road opposite Charlize Theron, Nicholas Hoult and Tom Hardy.

That's more like it: Rosie later changed into a leather skirt and grey sweater with a beautiful white coat 

Written and directed by George Miller - who made the original films - the apocalyptic story follows Max (Hardy) and Furiosa (Theron) as they try to restore order and humanity in a feral dystopian landscape.

Rosie plays Splendid, one of the 'Five Wives' Max must transport safely across the desert wasteland.

Mad Max: Fury Road is out on 15 May, 2015.

It will be Rosie's first movie since Transformers: Dark of the Moon.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, one of the world's most genetically blessed supermodels, has unveiled her Valentine's Day lingerie range for M&S and models it all herself, of course.

The 27-year-old shows no signs of festive overindulgence as she showcases her toned physique in the romantic campaign images.

In one shot, the model wears sultry smokey eye make-up and lacy black lingerie. In another, she plays with her hair as she shows off a pink twin-set.

'Blending vintage details with luxe fabrics, our new collection designed in collaboration with supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is more sumptuous than ever,' says an M&S spokesman.

'From indulgent silk wraps to elegant matching bra and knicker sets, we have something to suit your style.'

Bras cost around £27, while a chemise will set you back up to £69. 

While she sports her signature long hair in the campaign imagery, the star recently opted for a new long bob (or 'lob') hairdo.

The model enlisted the help of London-based hairdresser George Northwood and his sister Sally to colour her hair in time for the New Year. 

Writing on Twitter, Rosie said: 'Ready for 2015 equipped with a fresh new do! Thank you @georgenorthwood @sallynorthwood #BeThereOrHaveBadHair.'

She may possess a goddess-like body that's made her one of the world's most famous models but Rosie doesn't deny herself the odd calorific treat.

The 27-year-old, who recently frotned Coca Cola Life's campaign, revealed that while she does swear by all things clean and lean, she allows herself sweet treats too.

'I'm travelling all the time so it's hard to find a balance and eat healthily. I really love my food - I'm always being tempted by room service and I eat out a lot - but I try and eat organic with natural ingredients,' she said.

'At home I cook as clean and healthy as possible, so when I'm out I can enjoy a pudding or a glass of wine and actually enjoy myself.'

She also revealed her favourite way to stay fit - dance classes where she can channel Beyonce.

The Devon-born model said: 'I love dance classes! I love Body by Simone - I go with my girlfriends, we all go and sweat our faces off and then have a healthy breakfast.

'You have to make it fun. I like to go to dance classes and feel like Beyoncé,' she said, adding that one of her favourite songs to work out to is Summer by Calvin Harris.

Rosie, who has been a longtime M&S family member, recently served as a clothes horse for the brand's SS15 collection. She is also getting set to unveil her eponymous first fragrance for Autograph at M&S. 

Speaking about her debut scent, Rosie said: 'As with my lingerie collection, I was drawn to the elegance and simplicity of the centifolia rose used in the fragrance. 

'A rare, vintage style flower, it really encapsulates what this fragrance is about to me - a fresh yet mysterious scent, which feels luxurious and sexy.' 

The model and actress is also gearing up to star in Mad Max: Fury Road alongside Charlize Theron, Nicholas Hoult, Zoe Kravitz and Tom Hardy and has a rumoured beauty range in the works.
