The Girls Aloud singer suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction that made it look like her nipples were on show and the slip-up didn't go unnoticed by audience members.
Kimberley seemed unaware of her appearance as she stood on the stage in the cut out monochrome playsuit.

The singer's chest certainly caught the eye of members of the audience and one tweeted that he was 'mesmerised'.
The fan posted: 'Currently mesmerised by @KimberleyJWalsh 's amazing prominent nipples. She'll have your eye out. #GirlsAloudTenTour.'
While Kimberley might have looked chilly she posted a message to Twitter about how hot the show was.
She wrote: 'What can I say London..........you were on fire tonight I could actual feel your heat �� #tentour.'

At one point during the show, the group had a little sit down together on some glowing white stairs - reserving their energy during a ballad maybe as their shows are known to be super-energetic.
During the upbeat numbers, star of the show Cheryl looked picture perfect as she strutted around the stage in her clinging corset and blinging costume.
The Geordie lass seemed to throw all her aggression into her following moves, a look of intense determination to get through this number.
And the girls said London was their best venue yet - with hundreds of screaming fans obviously in agreement.

She's had a bit of an embarrassing run of late, seeing her former X Factor contestant Cher Lloyd break into America where she failed, the Malvern-born 19-year old also saw her Twitter follower number shoot past Cheryl's by over 30,000.
Three more nights at the London venue before heading off across the country with the tour, the girls will certainly need to inject as much energy as they can into each show.
But their latest single failed to create a buzz on the UK music charts.
After releasing their second greatest hits album called Ten, their track Beautiful 'Cause You Love Me didn't make it into the top forty after it's December 17th release last year.
They may not be selling records anymore but at least their Ten - The Hits Tour 2013 are packing out the UK venues.
Although the whole rigmarole of headlining a sold out arena tour may become a bit much, but at least the girls have each other to fall back on.
Kimberley Walsh, 31, said: 'It’s less pressure. It’s shared between five of us, so it’s a completely different feeling. It’s comfortable and it’s what we’re used to. It’s nice.'
And Cheryl, 29, reiterated her bandmate's sentiment.

The girls have been supported by another talent show graduate, Amelia Lily.
The pink-haired singer - who came third in the X Factor in 2011 - had looked to the peacock for fashion inspiration.
Wearing a green feathered and bedazzled corset dress, Amelia warmed up the crowd before the veteran pop band took the stage to belt out their classic hits.
