Rita Ora leaves little to the imagination in three barely there outfits as she leads the British invasion at the MTV VMAs
She has been going through a turbulent time of late thanks to an ongoing feud with ex boyfriend and producer Calvin Harris which is threatening to derail her new album.
But Rita Ora looked as if she hadn't a care in the world as she hit up the MTV VMAs at the Forum in Los Angeles' Inglewood in three equally daring outfit.
Ora, 23, took to the red carpet in a red full-length gown with a thigh-high split and if looking good is the best revenge, then Calvin was surely kicking himself on Sunday.

Not only was her dress slashed almost to her hip, Rita's silk ensemble was also backless, showing off practically every inch of her enviable figure.
Also evident was the huge tattoo on her side.

Rita upped the vamp factor with bright red lipstick as she posed up a storm on the carpet.
And as if that wasn't enough, Rita had two more eye catching outfits lined up for later.
Both Rita and co-performer Iggy Azalea channelled Morticia Addams in their skintight black jumpsuits, during a performance of their new single Black Widow.

With a plunging neckline and cut-out panels at the upper thigh, black and silver spiderwebs criss-crossed over the body of Rita's leotard.
The British pop star topped off the look with a platinum wig as the duo had the star-studded crowd enthralled with their performance.
And things heated up again later as Rita changed into a black suit jacket with a sheer bodysuit underneath it, showing off her cleavage.

The top left nothing to the imagination and Rita also left her blonde wig on following her performance.
Until now, many Americans will only have known Rita as the former girlfriend of Rob Kardashian but after her star turn at the VMAs that will surely have changed.
Rita also enjoyed herself by catching up with a variety of top stars including Jennifer Lopez and Taylor Swift.

Clearly she has decided to put her public break-up and spat with Calvin firmly behind her and focus on her career.
And with her new album being forced back as she works on new tracks without Calvin's help this would appear to be a wise decision.
But last night it was all about enjoying herself.

Meanwhile, she wasn't the only British star to opt for three outfit changes, with Jessie J also doing her level best to grab attention.
She hit up the red carpet in a slashed yellow dress, although it wasn't quite as daring as Rita's.
The full length grecian-style gown plunged in almost to her waist in the front, barely protecting her modesty.

Jessie's long black hair was left loose and straight as she enjoyed her moment in the spotlight.
What looked at first like a modest minidress was Jessie's outfit of choice for her performance of Bang Bang with Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj.
The printed dress was covered to her neck and also featured long sleeves but it was cut high on her hips and almost displayed her toned bottom.

And for her third outfit of the night, Jessie chose wide legged palazzo pants and a beaded top, which just about covered her breasts.
Cher Lloyd also didn't let the Brits down in the fashion stakes, arriving to the event in a red leather dress.
The brunette beauty - who shot to fame on the UK version of X Factor - may have shown less skin than her compatriots but that didn't stop her from standing out in the crowd.

Charli XCX showed off her animal side in a bright tiger print one piece.
But the starlet later changed into a bralet and miniskirt, which she paired with a furry peach coat, to get into the party spirit with celeb pals including Sam Smith and Katy Perry.
The group played up to the cameras as they enjoyed themselves on one of music's biggest nights.

It wasn't just Britain's collection of pop stars who enjoyed the festivities in Inglewood, California on Sunday.

While walking the red carpet at the VMAs in a dapper suit on Sunday, the 22-year-old crooner spoke to the MailOnline about his sudden rise to fame.
Sam opened up: 'It's early days, everyone could just p*** off and leave me, but I feel like... people are going to stay with me'.
Upon realising he had just used his own song title, the Make It To Me singer could not stop laughing.
The London native then poked fun at himself as he pointed it out, 'I quoted my own song'.
He added: 'I feel like people are going to stick with me. I hope so'.

At the awards show, Sam took to the stage to sing Stay With Me, after an introduction by Kim Kardashian, who referred to the singer as her 'friend'.
Although Sam claimed to be nervous, he delivered a chill-inducing performance, showing off his rich vocals throughout the ballad.
And Ed Sheeran was celebrating as he picked up his first ever VMA when he won Best Video for Sing.
