EXCLUSIVE: 'I've found a happy place', says Tina Arena, 46, as she announces her UK comeback with first British performance in 12 years

She's the most successful Australian female artist of all time, selling more than 10 million albums worldwide.
And after taking her home country by storm with her first English language album in 12 years RESET, Tina Arena has her sights set on global domination.
The 46-year-old is staging a comeback at at East London venue St John at Hackney in November - her first performance in the UK in more than a decade.

'I think its time again,' said the Chains singer to Daily Mail Australia, she last performed on the British isle in 2002. 
'I'm excited that an album is coming out in the UK after such a long hiatus.'
    With more than a decade since her last performance the artist says 'there's been so much life experience since then'.
    'There's literally a plethora of life work that's been lived,' said the award-winning singer who is now based in France, where she has sold more than five million albums.

    'It's been a very rich tapestry of work, I've had a really great time embarking on those different roads.'
    The Dancing With The Stars revealed that fans can expect a lively performance, 'I've always bopped on stage. 
    'If you're planning to come and watch paint dry, it's probably not best to see my show. ' 
    With writing and production from Coldplay producers Danton Supple and Greg Fitzgerald, her latest album has been a hit Down Under becoming the second highest selling record of the year.

    While she says she doesn't have any preconceptions about forthcoming success in the UK nonetheless, 'it's a pretty exciting comeback and surprising on my part'.
    Pitching itself as a collection of 'intimate and honest' songs the record, which was written over a three-month period, has been 'a real catalyst for reigniting my curiosity for music', Tina says.
    'The voice is driven by emotions. I've evolved and I've found a happy place, and a peaceful place.'
    Australia's beloved songstress has been on a journey of discovery since her heyday almost two decades ago when she was married to manager Ralph Carr.
    After divorcing in 1999 the pop diva found love with Vincent Mancini, the pair have a nine-year-old son together Gabriel Joseph.
    Tina Arena releases her new album RESET in the UK on November 3rd. She plays St John At Hackney Church in London on November 6. O2 Priority Tickets on sale 9am on Wednesday 24th September. General on sale Friday 26th September at 9am.
