So Lucy Mecklenburgh naturally opted for one of the most revealing, itsy-bitsy swimsuits she could find during a recent beach holiday in Dubai.
The former TOWIE star wasn't shy about showing off the fruits of her intensive workouts as she sunned herself on the sand in her daring one-piece.

The floral number boasted a seriously low-cut neckline, with the deep V barely covering her muscular chest.
Lucy looked like she'd modelled herself on Barbie with her impossibly long legs and hourglass waist line enhanced by the swimsuit's high-rise cut.
There was no room to hide in the tiny bathing suit and Lucy flashed onlookers her pert derriere when she turned around.

The 23-year-old beauty let her killer body do the talking and went practically make-up free for her beach outing.
Lucy recently opened up about how she maintains her amazing figure during an appearance on ITV show Lorraine to promote her new book, Be Body Beautiful.
She said: 'It's about maintaining a healthy diet. It's scary for young girls because their are so many crash diets out there.
'It's all about, I think, making it a whole lifestyle change - it shouldn't be about following something for three weeks and then yo-yo-ing.
However, it's not only her health that has been given a boost in recent months - she has also found love again with Olympian gymnast Louis Smith.
The couple met when she competed on BBC show Tumble, on which he was a judge.
She joked: 'He's a really lovely guy and we met on Tumble but nothing happened on the show. But you know, I regret that, I might have got higher scores.'
