Speaking to the magazine about how she finds working out a lot harder, she said: 'I’m like any woman; my weight fluctuates up and down. I have good days and bad days.
'For many years I worked out every single day, but now I’m in my thirties it’s like pulling teeth. I gotta make myself work out; you need to find that balance.'
Revealing that one of the main reasons she works out is due to building self-belief, Nicole continued: '[Exercise] changes everything about how I approach my day and helps me go about life with confidence.'

Kimberley Walsh dazzles in panel cut leotard as she reveals how she finally fell in love with her curves

'I dieted a lot as a teenager... even doing Atkins': Kimberley Walsh dazzles in panel cut leotard as she reveals how she finally fell in love with her curves

She may look picture perfect these days but singer Kimberley Walsh has admitted it wasn't always so easy to accept her curvaceous figure.
The 31-year-old has revealed as a teenager she turned to quick fix diets to try and slim down after realising she had a different type of figure to her school-friends.
Speaking to Cosmopolitan’s spin-off health and fitness magazine, Cosmopolitan Body, Kimberley said: 'Like most women, I dieted a lot as a teenager… I remember doing Atkins a few times before a video shoot.

'It worked, but it was always a quick fix. As soon as I stopped, I’d crave all the things I’d banned myself from and put the weight straight back on! I soon realised that I couldn’t keep it up… I stopped dieting altogether when I was in my early 20s.'
And the singer turned West End star, who smoulders in an accompanying shoot, said she has never felt better about her body - but it was a long journey.
'I was always aware that I had a rather large bottom. There weren’t many girls in my school who were the same shape so I was always like, ‘Oh, I’m not really the norm', Kimberley said.

It was only after she discovered her body icon that the Shrek theatre actress felt more comfortable.
'It was only when people like J-Lo and BeyoncĂ© came on the scene when I was younger that I thought, "Well, if they’re considered attractive and sexy, then it can’t be that bad [to be curvy]!" It’s really handy because you can see what they’re wearing and get tips on what might suit you.'
And surprisingly, her advice to anyone wanting to tone up is dancing.
The runner-up of last year's Strictly gushed: 'The best piece of advice I could give anyone who wanted to lose weight and tone up would be… go on Strictly!
'Seriously, dancing is amazing for your body because you’re not trying to lose weight or tone up. It all just happens very naturally… I’ve spent many years putting myself under the spotlight but now, in my thirties, I’ve accepted my body. I feel comfortable with it and I’m pretty happy with the way I look.
'I’ve learnt that it’s all about making the best of what you’ve got.'

Kelly Osbourne flaunts her bikini body following 69lbs weightloss

'I’ll never be the kind of person who thinks I’m so hot': Kelly Osbourne flaunts her bikini body following 69lbs weightloss

Over the years years she's openly battled to overcome the issues surrounding her weight.
Now 69lbs lighter, Kelly Osbourne has stripped off to reveal her impeccable bikini body as she graces the cover of Cosmopolitan Body.
The purple-haired beauty, 28, wows in the stills taken by Nicky Johnston, as she admits that she will never become self-obsessed.

Speaking to the magazine Kelly said: 'I’ll never be the kind of person who thinks, "I’m so hot." I don’t want to be. But I learnt to respect and love myself – something I didn’t think I would ever be capable of.
'At the Emmys last year I had my first moment when I really felt good. I put on my dress and when I looked at myself in the mirror I cried.'
She continued: 'Never in my life did I think that Zac Posen would fly in a dress for me that he could have given to any nominee. It fitted me perfectly!'
With her hair pushed to one side in loose curls, Kelly places her hands behind her head as she clutches on to a pair of sunglasses.
Wearing a coating of deep cerise lipstick, the Fashion Police show host sports a blue and brown striped bikini top as she accessories with a lavender plastic personalised necklace.
Staring dead into the camera lens Kelly pierces her lips as she cuts a beach ready figure.

In the honest interview Kelly revealed that her despite losing almost five stone, her new size is not the reason for her happiness.
'People think I lost weight and that’s what made me happier. That’s not true; I had to learn to love myself first.
'Losing weight was just one benefit of putting the hard work in and sorting myself out on the inside first through therapy.'
Osbourne explaining that following therapy she finally learned to just be herself: 'That was one of the scariest times of my life. I swear I’ve never felt more naked, because I had to actually be me and couldn’t mask it.'

Completing her look with a pair of neon bright hooped earrings, the Changes singer told the publication that her weightloss will be permanent.

'Working out is not fun, I’m not going to lie and say it is. I sweat my arse off and I’m miserable for the hour I’m doing it but when I’m done, I feel amazing.
'There’s no quick fix and it does take a long time. It drives you mad when you see someone eating chips when you can’t have any, but it’s so worth it.'
She added: 'If you want to change your body you can’t just diet; if you do that, you lose weight, then get fat. You’ve got to commit to a whole life change and teach yourself a whole new lifestyle.
'It isn’t fun, but it never will be. I don’t deny myself anything – I still eat chocolate and cake and always will. Everything in moderation.'
'When I started exercising I couldn’t even do one sit-up! By the end of the first week I could do three, and that was a big deal.
'Now I work out every day and I just don’t feel good if I miss it. It’s amazing how quickly your fitness builds, but you have to really want it,' she said.

Moving off the topic of weight, Kelly took time to gush over her new found happiness with her boyfriend Matthew Mosshart.
In awe of her boyfriend - who is the brother of The Kills star Alison Mosshart - she said: 'I have finally learnt to let somebody love and treat me the way I deserve to be and that’s a great feeling.
'The thing is, if you think you don’t deserve to be treated well, you won’t be. A lot of girls don’t believe they deserve the best and their boyfriends walk all over them. I learnt the hard way.
'But when I met Matthew everything changed and I realised I’d never been in love before.'
