She recently claimed popular teen soap Hollyoaks deserved more attention. 

But there was no denying that all eyes were on Jorgie Porter and her cast-mates on Saturday evening when they climbed into their skin-tight outfits for a circus themed party at popular Liverpool restaurant Camp and Furnace. 

The 25-year-old actress – best known for her role as Theresa McQueen in the Channel 4 show – led the way in a leopard print outfit complete with matching ears.

Jorgie was all smiles as she posed for photos before making her way inside, where she was joined by co-stars including Gillian Taylforth, Steph Waring, Wallis Day and Anna Shaffer – who matched Jorgie in an identical outfit teamed with a faux leopard skin coat.

The bash was thrown to celebrate the joint birthdays of Hollyoaks regulars Holly Weston, Jessica Forrest and Anna Passey. 

Also turning heads on the night was Nikki Sanderson, who rivaled Jorgie and Anna in a skin-tight tiger print body suit teamed with peep-toe stiletto heels.

Jorgie recently admitted that Hollyoaks is often overshadowed by prime-time soap-operas EastEnders and Coronation Street at the annual British Soap Awards. 

‘It would be really nice to be recognised for what we do,’ she told the Daily Star. ‘All the cast are amazing. Even Chloe Grace Moretz from the Kick Ass films recently said she loves it. 

‘All the actors are amazing and the storylines are incredible. If we won Best Soap, it would make Liverpool rave.

‘The whole crew and studio would rave and party like mad because we’d be so grateful. In 18-years, we’ve not been recognised that much.’ 

The actress also claims that too much attention has been squared on the show’s good looking cast, as opposed to its storylines. 

She added: ‘Now people have started to realise it’s not just good looking people on screen. It’s actually people who are producing great stories.’

Famed for her role as Kathy Beale in the popular BBC1 soap opera EastEnders, she's about to make a name for herself as bikini babe.

Proving that she's still got it, Gillian Taylforth has stripped down to show off her stunning figure in a shoot with Closer magazine.

At 57-years-old, the actress puts some of her contemporaries to shame, and she revealed she surprise that people see her as 'sexy'.

Wearing a pastel orange two piece, Gillian, who weighs around 8st 6lbs, looks flawless as she stands with her hands behind her back.

With her mid-length blonde hair grazing her shoulders, the mother-of-two matched her lipstick to her swimsuit.

Gillian confessed to Closer: 'It really shocks me that people think I’m sexy! I’ve never seen myself like that.

'But I’m doing this shoot so I can look back when I’m old and grey and remind myself that I was quite all right once.'

She added: 'I’m actually not very good at accepting compliments. I’m a total tomboy - whenever you see me out and about I’ll be in my Timberlands and jeans. So it’s fun to glam up for Closer.'

Fresh from her stint in this year's Celebrity Big Brother, Gillian said she's not a fan of all-in-ones and would much rather to step out in a bikini. 

'I don’t own a swimming costume, so when the CBB producers said there was going to be a small pool and a hot tub in the garden, I just took in what I had at home, a couple of bikinis. 

'I actually prefer a bikini because I think I look OK in them. I try to look after myself and it’s nice to be able to wear what you want to wear.'

And letting out the secret to her enviable frame, Taylforth credits Zumba classes and healthy eating as the main benefactors. 

The former Strictly Come Dancing contestant said: 'In the past couple of years, I’ve started doing Zumba three or four times a week, which really keeps me in shape. 

'I have a set of three hand weights from Argos, so I try to do a few reps of those every day.

'I eat healthily and I don’t eat a lot of meat. I’d rather skip the meat and have the veg when I have a meal,' she added.

In another shot Gillian puts her feet up and she reclines on a white leather chair in a black bandeau halterneck bikini.

Opening up about her thoughts on plastic surgery, the London-born soap star said she doesn't feel the need to go down that route just yet.

'At the moment, I wouldn’t have surgery. I'm really lucky that my face has held up as long as it has, but never say never. 

However she did admit: 'You don’t know what the future will hold - I might wake up one day and find all the years have caught up with me.'
